本实用新型涉及机械加工领域，尤其涉及一种简易刀夹具。
背景技术
机械加工中，安装车刀时，多采用垫片调整车刀的安装高度，如果遇到刀杆尺寸较小的车刀时，则要使用多块调整垫片，操作过程中，容易导致刀具夹紧不当，造成刀具刚减弱或者断裂，在加工小尺寸工件时，安装刀具时，若不注意调整刀具前后、左右的安装位置，往往容易造成刀架与卡盘发生碰撞。
实用新型内容
鉴于现有技术中，存在工作效率较低，容易造成刀具刚性减弱或断裂等方面的不足。本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以方便装卸刀具、夹紧力均衡分布，使刀片刚性提高的刀夹具。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采取的技术方案如下：
一种简易刀夹具，由定位块、压块构成；所述定位块为一F形铁块，其中间设有矩形凹槽；所述压块为一T形铁块，其上设有矩形凸块；所述压块的矩形凸块嵌入所述定位块的矩形凹槽里。
本实用新型的优点和效益在于：弥补了现有技术存在由于夹紧不当造成的刀具刚性减弱、易断裂的不足。具有方便装卸刀具、夹紧力均衡分布，使刀片刚性提高等优点。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做详细说明。
如图1所示的是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种简易刀夹具，由压块1、定位块2构成；所述定位块2为一F形铁块，其中间设有矩形凹槽21；所述压块1为一T形铁块，其上设有矩形凸块11；所述压块1的矩形凸块嵌入所述定位块2的矩形凹槽21里；使用时，先将刀片嵌在所述定位块1与所述压块2之间，使之成为一个夹具整体，再以其底面和侧面定位在车床四工位刀架的刀体槽位置上，用刀架螺栓压紧夹具体的压块，即可完成安装，方便实用。
