本实用新型涉及的是一种球阀的改进发明。
背景技术
球阀具有旋转90度的动作，旋塞体为球体，有圆形通孔或通道通过其轴线。球阀在管路中主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向，它只需要用旋转90度的操作和很小的转动力矩就能关闭严密。传统的球阀的阀体，包括左阀体、中间阀体和右阀体，左阀体、右阀体与中间阀体是通过法兰连接方式来组装的，左阀体、右阀体必需具有较厚厚度的安装法兰盘，用料多，重量重。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种省料、重量轻、密封可靠的球阀。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种球阀，其阀体由左阀体、中间阀体和右阀体组装而成，其特征在于：左阀体的右端外圆设有外螺纹，右阀体的左端外圆设有外螺纹，中间阀体的左右两端内孔设有内螺纹，左右阀体与中间阀体以螺纹旋接方式连接组装。
上述技术方案的球阀，左阀体、右阀体与中间阀体是以螺纹旋接方式连接组装的，装配相当方便，最重要的是，左阀体、右阀体的设计不需带有安装法兰盘，左右阀体的用料省，重量轻，所以整个球阀相比传统球阀就具有省料、重量轻的特点。
为保证左右阀体与中间阀体螺纹旋接后的位置不会产生变化，采用的技术方案是：左右阀体与中间阀体螺纹旋接后由卡圈进行轴向限位，卡圈设在卡圈槽内，卡圈槽设在中间阀体的内孔，卡圈的外侧设有压圈，压圈挡在卡圈外，压圈的外沿由螺钉固定在中间阀体的端面上。
为保证球阀的阀体在组装后的密封可靠，采用的技术方案是：左右阀体的外圆与中间阀体的内孔之间设有径向密封和轴向密封。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本实用新型的球阀，其阀体由左阀体1、中间阀体2和右阀体3组装而成，左阀体1的右端外圆设有外螺纹，右阀体3的左端外圆设有外螺纹，中间阀体2的左右两端内孔设有内螺纹，左右阀体与中间阀体以螺纹旋接方式连接组装，螺纹旋接部位为A；左右阀体与中间阀体螺纹旋接后由卡圈4进行轴向限位，卡圈4设在卡圈槽内，卡圈槽设在中间阀体2的内孔，卡圈4的外侧设有压圈5，压圈5挡在卡圈4外，压圈5的外沿由螺钉6固定在中间阀体2的端面上，左右阀体的外圆与中间阀体的内孔之间设有径向密封7和轴向密封8，径向密封7采用O型圈密封，轴向密封8采用密封垫密封。

1.一种球阀，其阀体由左阀体、中间阀体和右阀体组装而成，其特征在于：左阀体的右端外圆设有外螺纹，右阀体的左端外圆设有外螺纹，中间阀体的左右两端内孔设有内螺纹，左右阀体与中间阀体以螺纹旋接方式连接组装。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种球阀，其特征在于：左右阀体与中间阀体螺纹旋接后由卡圈进行轴向限位，卡圈设在卡圈槽内，卡圈槽设在中间阀体的内孔，卡圈的外侧设有压圈，压圈挡在卡圈外，压圈的外沿由螺钉固定在中间阀体的端面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种球阀，其特征在于：左右阀体的外圆与中间阀体的内孔之间设有径向密封和轴向密封。
