Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可将物件紧固在地上、墙上等处的防拆卸膨胀式紧固装置，由防护帽、钢丝挡圈、支撑座、紧固胀管、外圆锥螺母和螺栓组成。螺栓穿在紧固胀管当中。螺栓的端头与紧固胀管之间套装支撑座；外圆锥螺母位于紧固胀管底端，和螺栓拧接在一起。防护帽位于螺栓和支撑座的最顶端，其底部内圈设有一凹槽，支撑座外圈也设有一凹槽，护帽的凹槽和支撑座的凹槽相对，钢丝挡圈卡在其中。本膨胀紧固装置仅有六个零件，结构简单，设计巧妙，多点压紧；安装时，只需将螺栓放入支撑座内，无需上下移动对位，即可迅速紧固。此外外侧防护帽，通过凹槽钢丝挡圈敲定后，又增加了防扭断的功能。

本实用新型涉及一种紧固装置，尤其涉及一种可将物件紧固在地上、墙上等处的防拆卸膨胀式紧固装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中，如中国专利89216040号公开的“一种膨胀式锁扣盒固定螺栓”它主要由螺钉、套在螺钉上的膨胀管、螺母和扣盒衬架组成，其特征是螺母呈圆锥型，膨胀管与锥螺母接触端有若干槽。该固定螺栓虽然固定紧固牢靠，但其结构较复杂，且仅适用于家庭门的安装使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构更简单，适用广泛的紧固装置，以克服现有技术的不足之处。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的结构设计是这样的：
防拆卸膨胀式紧固装置，由防护帽、钢丝挡圈、支撑座、紧固胀管、外圆锥螺母和螺栓组成。紧固胀管为一圆管，螺栓穿在紧固胀管当中。螺栓的端头与紧固胀管之间套装支撑座；支撑座的上端具有圆形内凹槽，下端带有圆形内凸边。螺栓的端头坐落在支撑座的内凹槽中，支撑座的圆形内凸边插入在紧固胀管中。外圆锥螺母位于紧固胀管底端，和螺栓拧接在一起。防护帽位于螺栓和支撑座的最顶端，其底部内圈设有一凹槽，支撑座外圈也设有一凹槽，护帽的凹槽和支撑座的凹槽相对，钢丝挡圈卡在其中。
所述的紧固胀管短于螺栓。
所述的防护帽为锥台形，支撑座顶部外端也为一锥形斜面。
本膨胀紧固装置仅有六个零件，结构简单，设计巧妙，多点压紧；安装时，只需将螺栓放入支撑座内，无需上下移动对位，即可迅速紧固。此外外侧防护帽，通过凹槽钢丝挡圈敲定后，又增加了防扭断的功能。

本实用新型是一种防拆卸膨胀式紧固装置，由防护帽1、钢丝挡圈2、支撑座3、紧固胀管4、外圆锥螺母5和螺栓6组成。紧固胀管4为一圆管，短于螺栓6。螺栓6穿在紧固胀管4当中。螺栓6的端头与紧固胀管4之间套装支撑座3。支撑座3的上端具有圆形内凹槽，下端带有圆形内凸边。螺栓6的端头坐落在支撑座3的内凹槽中，支撑座3的圆形内凸边插入在紧固胀管4中。外圆锥螺母5位于紧固胀管4底端，和螺栓6拧接在一起。防护帽1为锥台形，位于螺栓6和支撑座3的最顶端，支撑座3顶部外端也为一锥形斜面，防护帽1底部内圈设有一凹槽，支撑座3外圈也设有一凹槽，护帽1的凹槽和支撑座3的凹槽相对，钢丝挡圈2卡在其中。
按此设计的膨胀式紧固装置，可将物件紧固在地上或墙上。如：特别适用于看守所专用床具及类似结构地脚固定安装。床具四腿与地面固定安装时，可迅速紧固，防护帽扣紧后还具有防撬防砸等功效。

1.防拆卸膨胀式紧固装置，其特征在于：由防护帽(1)、钢丝挡圈(2)、支撑座(3)、紧固胀管(4)、外圆锥螺母(5)和螺栓(6)组成；紧固胀管(4)为一圆管，螺栓(6)穿在紧固胀管(4)当中；螺栓(6)的端头与紧固胀管(4)之间套装支撑座(3)；支撑座(3)的上端具有圆形内凹槽，下端带有圆形内凸边；螺栓(6)的端头坐落在支撑座(3)的内凹槽中，支撑座(3)的圆形内凸边插入在紧固胀管(4)中；外圆锥螺母(5)位于紧固胀管(4)底端，和螺栓(6)拧接在一起；防护帽(1)位于螺栓(6)和支撑座(3)的最顶端，其底部内圈设有一凹槽，支撑座(3)外圈也设有一凹槽，护帽(1)的凹槽和支撑座(3)的凹槽相对，钢丝挡圈(2)卡在其中。
