Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种用重力热管原理制成的板式热管散热器。本实用新型是把两块冲压有凹槽的钢板壳体对合封焊成板式容器,在容器底部焊上一根钢管并使钢管带螺纹的两头外露,然后注入适量的蒸馏水并抽成真空,即可制成本板式热管散热器。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用重力热管原理制成的新式散热装置。
现有散热器的种类虽然很多,却都存有明显的不足。如其中的铸铁散热器存有体积大、自身重、容水多、升温慢、承压低、不美观、易积灰等缺点;用钢管和钢(铝)片等组成的钢管串片式散热器存有用料多、造价高、易积灰等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种用重力热管原理制成的板式散热器,它集现有各型散热器的优点之大成,是一种能同时兼顾效率、价格、承压、体积、重量、容量、造型、卫生、安装等性能都满足要求,可用于取代现有各型散热器的理想散热装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:先把两块冲压有凹槽的钢板外壳对合焊制成板式容器,再把穿过板式容器底部的钢管焊牢并使其带螺纹的两头外露,然后把该板式容器注入适量的蒸溜水并抽成真空密闭封焊,即可制得具有“热管”特性的本实用新型。
若把本实用新型接入供暖管路,当热水(汽)通过钢管时,钢管周围的蒸溜水就会沸腾蒸发,在形成饱和蒸汽的同时吸收大量的汽化潜热;饱和蒸汽在压差的作用下,会迅速充满板式容器;由于板式容器的钢板壳体与外界冷空气的接触面积很大,饱和蒸汽会急速冷凝成水并释放出大量汽化潜热;冷凝水在重力的作用下降回板式容器底部重新受热蒸发。如此不断循环达到散热的目的。
本实用新型由于是制成板状外形,因而具有外形美、体积小、重量轻、用料省、造价低、不积灰的优点。因为钢管是供暖热水(汽)的唯一通路,所以容量少、承压高是本实用新型的显著优点。另外由于本实用新型始终工作于沸腾吸热和冷凝放热这两个最强烈的传热状态,所以它的传热效率远高于其它各型散热器。正因为本实用新型具有上述优点,因此它可用来取代现有的各型散热器。
图1和图2是本实用新型的结构示意图。
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的具体结构及工作情况。
本实用新型的金属板式容器(1)是用两块冲压有凹槽的钢板壳体对合封焊制成的,为增加其承压强度,钢板壳体上还冲压有多处承压接触面(4)。钢管(3)穿过并焊在金属板容器(1)的底部,带螺纹的两头(5)外露,可与供暖管路联接。从金属板式容器(1)的抽气孔(6)注入约为容积四分之一左右的电阻值大于1兆欧姆的二次蒸溜水(2),然后把该金属板式容器(1)抽成真空度为0、02毫米汞柱时加焊密封抽气孔(6),即可制得板式热管散热器。
本实用新型的连接很简便,只要把供热钢管(3)带螺纹的两头(5)接入供暖管路即可。当热水(汽)不断通过钢管(3)时,管壁周围的蒸溜水(2)就会不断地沸腾汽化形成饱和蒸汽(7),同时吸收大量的汽化潜热。饱和蒸汽(7)在压差的作用下会迅速充满整个金属板式容器(1)。由于,金属板式容器(1)与外界冷空气的接触面很大,饱和蒸汽(7)会急速冷凝成水,同时释放出汽化潜热。冷凝水在重力的作用下降回金属板式容器(1)底部的钢管(3)周围重新受热蒸发。这种始终工作于沸腾吸热和冷凝放热这两个最强烈的传热状态的独有特性,是本实用新型能高效率地传送大量热能的原因所在。

1、一种用重力热管原理制成的新式散热装置-板式热管散热器,其特征在于:由金属板式容器(1)、蒸溜水(2)、钢管(3)构成,钢管(3)装置在金属板式容器(1)的蒸溜水(2)中,金属板式容器(1)被抽成真空。
2、根据权利要求1所述的板式热管散热器,其特征在于:金属板式容器(1)是用两块冲压有凹槽及承压接触面(4)的钢板壳体对合密封焊制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的板式热管散热器,其特征在于:钢管(3)带螺纹的两头露在金属板式容器(1)的壳体外面。
