技术领域
本发明涉及一种气水分离装置,特别涉及一种尿素原料气体的气水分离装置。 
背景技术
在化肥厂生产尿素时,要将含水的CO2气体在压缩机进口分离器前进行倒淋,在排水的同时往往会导致CO2气体浪费;而且工艺要求每半小时要间隔排放一次,要调整倒淋阀门由关到半开,存在工作人员工作繁重和CO2气体浪费严重的问题。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种尿素原料气体气水分离装置,解决了现有的生产尿素的原料气在气水分离中存在CO2气体浪费严重的问题。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决以上技术问题的: 
一种尿素原料气体气水分离装置,包括气水分离器和水封容器,在气水分离器上分别设置有尿素原料气体入气管、CO2气体排出管和分离水排出口,在分离水排出口上连接有排水管,在排水管上设置有倒淋阀,在水封容器中设置有水封水,排水管的出水口设置在水封容器中设置的水封水中,在排水管的出水口处的压强大于气水分离器中的尿素原料气体的压强。
排水管的出水口处的压强为20千帕,气水分离器中的尿素原料气体的压强为13千帕。 
本发明分离器分离出的水分从管道自动排出,而分离器内剩余的气体压力小于水封压力,CO2气体气体被阻隔,不随水排出,防止了原料气的浪费,增加尿素产量。

具体实施方式
一种尿素原料气体气水分离装置,包括气水分离器1和水封容器9,在气水分离器1上分别设置有尿素原料气体入气管2、CO2气体排出管3和分离水排出口4,在分离水排出口4上连接有排水管6,在排水管6上设置有倒淋阀5,在水封容器9中设置有水封水8,排水管6的出水口7设置在水封容器9中设置的水封水8中,在排水管6的出水口7处的压强大于气水分离器1中的尿素原料气体的压强。 
排水管6的出水口7处的压强为20千帕,气水分离器1中的尿素原料气体的压强为13千帕。 
在尿素CO2压缩机进口分离器排污增加高度为2米,最大承受压力为20千帕的水封;分离器分离出的水分全部从管道排出,而CO2气体压力小于水封最大承受压力,不会随水排出,从而保证CO2气体不浪费。

1.一种尿素原料气体气水分离装置,包括气水分离器(1)和水封容器(9),在气水分离器(1)上分别设置有尿素原料气体入气管(2)、CO2气体排出管(3)和分离水排出口(4),其特征在于,在分离水排出口(4)上连接有排水管(6),在排水管(6)上设置有倒淋阀(5),在水封容器(9)中设置有水封水(8),排水管(6)的出水口(7)设置在水封容器(9)中设置的水封水(8)中,在排水管(6)的出水口(7)处的压强大于气水分离器(1)中的尿素原料气体的压强。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿素原料气体气水分离装置,其特征在于,排水管(6)的出水口(7)处的压强为20千帕,气水分离器(1)中的尿素原料气体的压强为13千帕。
