在办公，广告等打印机打印过程中，经常会遇到打印机墨盒墨水不足的情况，这需要对打印机墨盒进行加墨，加墨水时，由于没有容量或体积参考，常常会出现多加墨水或加墨水不足的情况，多加墨水容易溢出，污染纸张以影响打印质量，甚至会弄得满手都是溢出的墨水，清理困难；加墨水不足会影响打印纸张的有效数量，并且会因频繁安装和取出墨盒而影响打印机的使用寿命。

使用时， 通过推动推拉杆1，使推拉杆1前端的活塞3在壳体内2前后移动，对照壳体2上设置的容量刻度，以达到从针形管5吸入或滴加出液体墨水的效果，具有操作简单、使用方便，加墨准确的特点。
