Abstract

本实用新型为一二件式球头结构包含有一主体，具有一顶面，顶面的一侧设有一颈部，顶面的环缘朝一侧延伸形成一周面，周面的一部份为一平面形成一击球面，击球面底缘延伸有一底面，底面的末端设有一凸缘，周面的底缘设有一凸缘，凸缘与底面的凸缘连接形成一环状凸缘。一底部件，周缘设有凸缘，底部件设于主体周面的底缘并且底部件的凸缘与主体周面的凸缘搭接。

技术领域
本实用新型与高尔夫球杆有关，更详细地是指一种二件式球头结构。
背景技术
为了使击球可以稳定球杆的操控性可以提升，一般而言高尔夫球杆的球头重心愈低愈好，而为了使重心降低在制造时就会使用比重较重的材料，例如不锈钢，来降低球头的重心。可是比重重的材料本身的物性较硬所以弹性会较差，而为了增加球头的弹性就必须改用弹性较好的材料例如钛，可是弹性好的材料重量又不够，因此球头的制造上一直是一个两难的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种二件式球头结构，以改进上述缺失。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的二件式球头结构包含有：一主体与一底部件，该主体具有一顶面以及环绕该顶面的周面，该顶面的一侧设有一颈部，该周面的底端形成一开口，该周面的一部份形成一击球面。该底部件设于该周面的开口处。
本实用新型的结构可以有效的改善公知产品的缺点，解决以往制造上的问题。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图3所示，本实用新型二件式球头结构包含有：
一主体10，该主体包含有一顶面11，该顶面11的环缘朝一侧延伸形成一周面12，该周面的一部份为一平面形成一击球面13，该击球面的底缘则延伸有一底面14，该底面的末端设有凸缘15。该主体顶面11的一侧设有一颈部16，用于接设一球杆（图中未示），该周面12的底缘凸设有一凸缘17，该凸缘17与该底面14的凸缘15连接形成一环状的凸缘。
一底部件20，该底部件20一侧的周缘设有一嵌槽21，该底部件20的其余周边设有凸缘22，该凸缘22与该嵌槽21连接环绕该底部件20的周缘。该底部件20设于该主体周面12的底缘，该底部件20在设置时该嵌槽21设置于该击球面底面14的凸缘15处，该底部件20于远离该击球面13的一侧则以其凸缘22与该主体的凸缘17搭接，并且该底部件的凸缘22搭接于该主体凸缘17的外侧。
该底部件20与该主体10可以采用一般的焊接或是爆炸焊接等焊接方式固定。因为该底部件20与主体10为二个分开的构件，所以二者的结构、材料可以都不同，而在制造同一组主体10的球头时也可以配合使用材料或比重的底部件20而使球头呈现不同的重量或物理特性。
又，因为该击球面13与该主体10是一体的结构，所以该击球面受到顶面11与底面14的支撑可以有很好的变形回复力。换言之，该击球面13在击球时可以有较佳的弹性。因此以本实用新型的结构可以有效的改善公知产品的缺点，解决以往制造上的问题。

Claims (4)

1.一种二件式球头结构，其特征是，包含有：
一主体，该主体具有一顶面，该顶面的一侧设有一颈部，该顶面的环缘朝一侧延伸形成一周面，该周面的一部份为一平面形成一击球面，该击球面底缘延伸有一底面，该底面的末端设有一凸缘，该周面的底缘设有一凸缘，该凸缘与该底面的凸缘连接形成一环状凸缘；
一底部件，该底部件的周缘设有凸缘，该底部件设于该主体周面的底缘并且该底部件的凸缘与该主体周面的凸缘搭接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二件式球头结构，其特征是，其中该底部件的凸缘搭接于该主体凸缘的外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的二件式球头结构，其特征是，其中该底部件一侧的周缘设有一嵌槽，该底部件的其余周边设有该凸缘，该凸缘与该嵌槽连接环绕该底部件的周缘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的二件式球头结构，其特征是，其中该底部件的嵌槽与该击球面底面的凸缘嵌接。
