目前，随着生活节奏的加快，患有颈椎、腰椎病的人越来越多，而当病情严重保守治疗无效时，必须进行手术治疗，即常常采用刮刀刮取椎间盘及上下椎板的方法进行根治。但临床上所使用的刮刀刀片刮取骨质比较粗糙，在刮完后需要再用骨锉打磨平整，而刮刀和骨锉为两个相互独立无连接的个体，使用时需来回更换，操作繁琐、费时费力、增加了医务人员工作量，延长了手术时间，加深了病人的痛苦。另外，现有刮刀的刀柄坚硬，长时间握持会有不适感，刀柄表面光滑，不便于握持；且刮刀在平时存放时容易与空气中的细菌、氧气等发生反应，减少刮刀的使用寿命。

本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种操作简单、省时省力的骨科用刮刀。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种骨科用刮刀，包括手柄和刀片，其特征是：所述手柄和刀片通过骨锉相连接，手柄内部为空心结构，骨锉可伸入手柄内部，手柄内部前端和后端分别设有内螺纹，骨锉后端设有与内螺纹相配合使用的外螺纹。
所述骨锉与刀片之间连接有支臂，支臂上开设有通孔。
所述手柄上设有防滑套。
所述刀片外套设有保护套。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在给病人进行颈椎和腰椎间盘突出等骨科疾病治疗时，可将刀片和骨锉随意快速切换；操作简单、省时省力，减轻了医务人员工作量，同时也减轻了病人痛苦。

采用本实用新型的一种骨科用刮刀，在给病人进行颈椎和腰椎间盘突出等骨科疾病治疗时，用刀片2刮取骨质，然后用一棍棒插入通孔7内，转动棍棒，便于拧出骨锉3，骨锉3的外螺纹5与手柄1后部的内螺纹4脱离，拉出骨锉3，使其外螺纹5与手柄1前端的内螺纹配合在一起，便可通过骨锉3进行打磨平整即可。防滑套8增加了手与手柄1之间的摩擦力，防止打滑误伤患者。

1.一种骨科用刮刀，包括手柄（1）和刀片（2），其特征是：所述手柄（1）和刀片（2）通过骨锉（3）相连接，手柄（1）内部为空心结构，骨锉（3）可伸入手柄（1）内部，手柄（1）内部前端和后端分别设有内螺纹（4），骨锉（3）后端设有与内螺纹（4）相配合使用的外螺纹（5）。
