   本实用新型涉及一种用于家禽肉屠宰加工流水线上的浸烫机。
背景技术
    目前用于家禽肉类食品加工流水线中的毛鸡浸烫工艺的浸烫机一直采用落后的旧式浸烫机，供水及温度控制都是手工操作，浪费人工且禽体浸烫效果差，已远不能满足大中型企业的生产需求。 
发明内容
    本实用新型的目的便是提供一种用于家禽肉屠宰加工流水线上的浸烫机。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型在池体的内部一端设有自动供水控制系统，鼓气总成设在池体的一端顶部，在池体的上部中间部位设有温度调节阀，输送导轨通过导向支撑轮设在池体的内部上端。
    通过以上设置，本实用新型解决了过去禽类毛体浸烫不均匀，加水、浸烫时间与温度等不能控制的难题，使禽体浸烫达到最佳效果，便于脱毛。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型在池体1的内部一端设有自动供水控制系统2，鼓气总成3设在池体1的一端顶部，在池体1的上部中间部位设有温度调节阀4，输送导轨5通过导向支撑轮6设在池体1的内部上端。通过以上设置，在本实用新型的池体1内通过自动供水控制系统2加入热水，鼓气总成3令池体1内的热水沸腾，将挂在输送导轨5上的禽类毛体进行循环浸烫，具有生产效率高，卫生整洁，操作使用方便。
