背景技术
扫地车是将扫地、吸尘相结合的一体化清洁车，具有工作效率高，清洁成本低，清洁效果好，安全性能高等优点，目前已经被广泛应用道路的清扫工作。通过车辆的前端装置了旋转刷子，当车辆向前行走时、前述的刷子便会将地上的垃圾和沙土透过旋动而带到车辆的中间，随而利用车辆的真空吸头将垃圾和沙土抽吸进车辆上的废物收集箱中。这种结构的废物收集箱通常采用平板滤芯过滤灰尘，吸尘一段时间后，平板滤芯上容易布满尘埃，需要对其进行清扫，常用的刮片驱动除尘结构在清除平板滤芯尘埃时效果不好，需要做出改进。

驾驶式扫地车平板式尘箱结构，包括与扫地车底盘底部垃圾桶连通的尘箱，所述尘箱顶部设有叶轮和叶轮电机，所述尘箱内设有平板滤芯，所述尘箱内位于平板滤芯上方设有尘振装置固定杆，位于尘振装置固定杆一端设有蜗轮蜗杆电机，在尘振装置固定杆的左、右端分别设有链轮，有链条与链轮连接，所述蜗轮蜗杆电机带动链轮转动，在链条上设有刮刷片，所述刮刷片与平板滤芯接触。
其中，所述平板滤芯上、下端边缘与尘箱的连接处设有密封胶条。
本实用新型的有益效果是： 通过蜗轮蜗杆电机带动链轮、链条运动，链条在运动过程中，其上的刮刷片对平板滤芯进行清扫，由于采用了上述机械结构，既简单、又合理，对平板滤芯上的灰尘清扫效果很好，且运行稳定，不易发生故障。

参照图1，驾驶式扫地车平板式尘箱结构，包括与扫地车底盘1底部垃圾桶2连通的尘箱3，所述尘箱3顶部设有叶轮4和叶轮电机5，所述尘箱3内设有平板滤芯11，所述尘箱3内位于平板滤芯11上方设有尘振装置固定杆6，位于尘振装置固定杆6一端设有蜗轮蜗杆电机7，在尘振装置固定杆6的左、右端分别设有链轮8，有链条9与链轮8连接，所述蜗轮蜗杆电机7带动链轮8转动，在链条9上设有刮刷片10，所述刮刷片10与平板滤芯11接触。
通过蜗轮蜗杆电机7带动链轮8、链条9运动，链条9在运动过程中，其上的刮刷片10对平板滤芯11进行清扫，由于采用了上述机械结构，既简单、又合理，对平板滤芯11上的灰尘清扫效果很好，且运行稳定，不易发生故障。
在本实用新型中，所述平板滤芯11上、下端边缘与尘箱3的连接处设有密封胶条12，通过上述结构可以起到很好的防尘效果。
本实用新型结构合理、除尘效果好、是一种广泛应用于驾驶式扫地车的平板式尘箱结构。

1.驾驶式扫地车平板式尘箱结构，包括与扫地车底盘（1）底部垃圾桶（2）连通的尘箱（3），所述尘箱（3）顶部设有叶轮（4）和叶轮电机（5），所述尘箱（3）内设有平板滤芯（11），其特征在于：所述尘箱（3）内位于平板滤芯（11）上方设有尘振装置固定杆（6），位于尘振装置固定杆（6）一端设有蜗轮蜗杆电机（7），在尘振装置固定杆（6）的左、右端分别设有链轮（8），有链条（9）与链轮（8）连接，所述蜗轮蜗杆电机（7）带动链轮（8）转动，在链条（9）上设有刮刷片（10），所述刮刷片（10）与平板滤芯（11）接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驾驶式扫地车平板式尘箱结构，其特征在于所述平板滤芯（11）上、下端边缘与尘箱（3）的连接处设有密封胶条（12）。
