本实用新型涉及一种虎口耐撕裂手套。
背景技术
手套是人们劳动时常用的一种防护工具，针织劳保手套一般都是包括由棉线针织而成的手套本体和涂覆在手套本体上的胶层，手套在使用过程中食指与拇指之间的部位即虎口部的劳动强度最大，在一些高强度的施工作业中是主要的施力部位，然而现有手套的虎口部为单层结构，因此很容易被撕裂，撕裂后致使整个手套都不能继续使用，造成资源浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述缺陷，提供一种增大虎口部耐磨强度、防止虎口部撕裂的虎口耐撕裂手套。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种具有如下结构的虎口耐撕裂手套，包括由针织而成的手套本体，所述手套本体由手掌部和与手掌部一体成型的手指部组成，手套本体上涂覆有自手掌部内表面一直延伸至整个手指部的耐磨胶层，其结构特点是所述手掌部的中部设有与手套本体织为一体的加厚环带，所述手指部的拇指根部环设有与手套本体织为一体的拇指环带，所述手套本体上织有将加厚环带和拇指环带连接为一体的虎口加强带。
所述手指部各指尖部位外侧设有耐磨筋。
所述耐磨胶层位于手掌部外表面的部分自手指部的根部向内延伸占手掌部总长度的三分之一。
采用上述方案的虎口耐撕裂手套与现有技术相比具有以下优点：手掌的中部设有与手套本体织为一体的加厚环带，拇指的根部也设有与手套本体织为一体的拇指环带，手套本体上织有将加厚环带和拇指环带连接为一体的虎口加强带，这样使手套的虎口部位整体加厚，增大虎口部的耐磨强度，防止虎口部长时间高强度使用后被撕裂，从而提高手套整体的耐磨强度；手指部各指尖部位外侧设有耐磨筋，手握起后能增强手指部的耐磨强度，本实用新型结构简单，耐磨效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示，该虎口耐撕裂手套包括由针织而成的手套本体1，手套本体1由手掌部11和与手掌部11一体成型的手指部12组成，手套本体1上涂覆有自手掌部11内表面一直延伸至整个手指部12的耐磨胶层3。本实施例中所述的虎口部为食指与拇指之间的部位。手掌部11的中部设有与手套本体1织为一体的加厚环带4，手指部12的拇指根部环设有与手套本体1织为一体的拇指环带5，手套本体1上织有将加厚环带4和拇指环带5连接为一体的虎口加强带6。在一些高强度的施工作业中，虎口部是主要施力部位，磨损速度快，很容易被撕裂，加厚环带4、拇指环带5和虎口加强带6可增大虎口部的耐磨强度，从而延长手套的使用寿命。如图2所示手指部12各指尖部位外侧设有耐磨筋7，即耐磨筋7涂覆在各手指的背部，手握起时能增大指尖部的耐磨强度。耐磨胶层3位于手掌部11外表面的部分自手指部12的根部向内延伸占手掌部11总长度的三分之一，使手套本体1通气性好，更加舒适。

1.一种虎口耐撕裂手套，包括由针织而成的手套本体（1），所述手套本体（1）由手掌部（11）和与手掌部（11）一体成型的手指部（12）组成，手套本体（1）上涂覆有自手掌部（11）内表面一直延伸至整个手指部（12）的耐磨胶层（3），其特征是：所述手掌部（11）的中部设有与手套本体（1）织为一体的加厚环带（4），所述手指部（12）的拇指根部环设有与手套本体（1）织为一体的拇指环带（5），所述手套本体（1）上织有将加厚环带（4）和拇指环带（5）连接为一体的虎口加强带（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的虎口耐撕裂手套，其特征是：所述手指部（12）各指尖部位外侧设有耐磨筋（7）。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的虎口耐撕裂手套，其特征是：所述耐磨胶层（3）位于手掌部（11）外表面的部分自手指部（12）的根部向内延伸占手掌部（11）总长度的三分之一。
