背景技术
手套是人们劳动时常用的一种防护工具，针织劳保手套一般都是自手掌部内表面延伸至整个手指部涂覆有一层胶层，胶层比较光滑，摩擦性小，在有油和水的环境下使用时胶层防滑性差，而且不能吸水，因此会打滑，尽管能保护人手不受侵蚀，但不能防滑，使用很不方便，另外单层胶层的手套耐磨性能差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述缺陷，提供一种能增大摩擦，防滑耐磨的耐磨防滑手套。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种具有如下结构的耐磨防滑手套，包括由针织而成的手套本体，所述手套本体由手掌部和与手掌部一体成型的手指部组成，其结构特点是手套本体上自手掌部内表面一直延伸至整个手指部涂覆有光滑、密致的防水胶层，所述防水胶层上涂覆有自手掌部内表面一直延伸至手指部依次经发泡和喷砂工艺后形成与防水胶层融合为一体的耐磨防滑胶层，所述耐磨防滑胶层位于手指部外表面的长度占手指部长度的三分之一至二分之一。
所述手指部的大拇指部内表面与外表面均完全涂覆有耐磨防滑胶层。
所述耐磨防滑胶层由丁腈材料制成，所述耐磨防滑胶层为耐磨防滑层。
所述耐磨防滑胶层由天然橡胶制成，所述耐磨防滑胶层为耐磨防滑层。
所述防水胶层位于手掌部外表面的部分自手指部的根部向内延伸占手掌部总长度的三分之一。
采用上述方案的耐磨防滑手套与现有技术相比具有以下优点：防水胶层上涂覆有耐磨防滑胶层，耐磨防滑胶层上经发泡工艺和喷砂工艺后形成凹凸面，凹凸面可增大摩擦，从而起到防滑的作用；耐磨防滑胶层经发泡工艺后表面会形成小孔，在油、水环境中使用时可将油和水吸收到耐磨防滑胶层内，由于防水胶层是光滑、密致的，因此可以防止耐磨防滑胶层内的油和水渗透到手套本体内，而且双层胶层同时也增强了手套的耐磨性，本实用新型结构简单，防滑耐磨效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示，该耐磨防滑手套包括由针织而成的手套本体1，手套本体1由手掌部11和与手掌部11一体成型的手指部12组成，以下所述的内表面即手套的手掌面，所述的外表面即手套的手背面。手套本体1上自手掌部11内表面一直延伸至整个手指部12涂覆有光滑、密致的防水胶层3，防水胶层3位于手掌部11外表面的部分自手指部12的根部向内延伸占手掌部11总长度的三分之一，使手套本体1通气性好，更加舒适。防水胶层3上涂覆有自手掌部内表面一直延伸至手指部12依次经发泡和喷砂工艺后形成与防水胶层3融合为一体的耐磨防滑胶层4，耐磨防滑胶层4位于手指部12外表面的长度占手指部12长度的三分之一至二分之一。手指部12的大拇指部内表面与外表面均完全涂覆有耐磨防滑胶层4，大拇指部分摩擦力度大，是重要的工作部位，完全涂覆耐磨防滑胶层4可增大手套的整体防滑效果，同时也增强了手套的耐磨性。
一种实施例：耐磨防滑胶层4由丁腈材料制成，耐磨防滑胶层4为耐磨防滑层，耐磨防滑胶层4先通过蘸胶，再经过发泡工艺和喷砂工艺形成凹凸面，凹凸面增大手套表面的摩擦，从而起到防滑的作用,另外耐磨防滑胶层4经发泡工艺后会形成一些小孔，油和水也可以从凹凸面的小孔中进入耐磨防滑胶层4内，由于防水胶层3表面光滑、密致，因此油和水不会渗入手套本体1内。耐磨防滑胶层4表面喷砂后用水洗掉，从而形成上述的凹凸面，本实施例中所述的发泡和喷砂工艺为现有技术，在此不再赘述。
另一种实施例，耐磨防滑胶层4可以由天然橡胶制成，耐磨防滑胶层4为耐磨防滑层，耐磨防滑胶层4先通过蘸胶，再经过发泡工艺和喷砂工艺形成凹凸面，凹凸面增大摩擦，从而起到防滑的作用, 另外耐磨防滑胶层4经发泡工艺后会形成一些小孔，油和水也可以从凹凸面的小孔中进入耐磨防滑胶层4内，由于防水胶层3表面光滑、密致，因此油和水不会渗入手套本体1内。耐磨防滑胶层4表面喷砂后用水洗掉，从而形成上述的凹凸面，本实施例中所述的发泡和喷砂工艺为现有技术，在此不再赘述。
以上两实施例中手套本体1上均为两层胶层，增大手套的耐磨性能，耐磨防滑胶层4均为耐磨防滑层，表面均为凹凸面，增大摩擦，从而提高其防滑性能。
以上所述为本实用新型的具体结构形式，本实用新型不受上述实施例的限制，在本技术领域人员来说，基于本实用新型上具体结构的等同变化以及部件替换皆在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种耐磨防滑手套，包括由针织而成的手套本体（1），所述手套本体（1）由手掌部（11）和与手掌部（11）一体成型的手指部（12）组成，其特征是：手套本体（1）上涂覆有自手掌部（11）内表面一直延伸至整个手指部（12）且光滑、密致的防水胶层（3），所述防水胶层（3）上涂覆有自手掌部内表面一直延伸至手指部（12）依次经发泡和喷砂工艺后形成与防水胶层（3）融合为一体的耐磨防滑胶层（4），所述耐磨防滑胶层（4）位于手指部（12）外表面的长度占手指部（12）长度的三分之一至二分之一。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑手套，其特征是：所述手指部（12）的大拇指部内表面与外表面均完全涂覆有耐磨防滑胶层（4）。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的耐磨防滑手套，其特征是：所述耐磨防滑胶层（4）由丁腈材料制成，所述耐磨防滑胶层（4）为耐磨防滑层。
4.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的耐磨防滑手套，其特征是：所述耐磨防滑胶层（4）由天然橡胶制成，所述耐磨防滑胶层（4）为耐磨防滑层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑手套，其特征是：所述防水胶层（3）位于手掌部（11）外表面的部分自手指部（12）的根部向内延伸占手掌部（11）总长度的三分之一。
