本实用新型公开一种冷缩封帽,包括冷缩帽体与内置于冷缩帽体内的支撑管。冷缩帽体一端封闭,另一端开口。支撑管外表面环绕设置有密封泥。本实用新型冷缩封帽在支撑管外表面环绕设置有密封泥,安装时,将冷缩封帽套于电缆末端等部件上,然后将支撑管从冷缩帽体和电缆末端等部件之间抽出,在支撑管抽出的过程中,密封泥密封于冷缩帽体与电缆末端等特定部件之间,从而将冷缩帽体与电缆末端等部件密封,与现有技术相比,提高了冷缩帽体与电缆末端等特定部件的密封性能,且安装方便。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种冷缩封帽。
背景技术
冷缩封帽是利用弹性体材料在工厂内注射硫化成型,再经扩径形成冷缩帽体并衬以螺旋支撑物形成各种电缆附件或其它附件的部件。在安装时,将冷缩封帽套在经过处理后的电缆末端,抽出内部支撑的支撑管,冷缩帽体通过密封胶收缩于电缆末端。
然而,上述冷缩封帽在抽出内部支撑的支撑管后有时会存在冷缩帽体并不能压紧在电缆末端的情况,这造成密封效果不好;而若在电缆末端上预先缠绕密封胶再套入冷缩封帽,则会存在支撑管粘在密封胶上不易抽出的问题。
发明内容
 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够提高与电缆末端或其它部件密封效果的冷缩封帽。
为实现上述主要目的,本实用新型提供一种冷缩封帽,包括冷缩帽体与内置于冷缩帽体内的支撑管。冷缩帽体一端封闭,另一端开口。支撑管外表面环绕设置有密封泥。
优选地,所述密封泥至少环绕设置于所述支撑管的一端。
如上所述,本实用新型冷缩封帽在支撑管外表面环绕设置有密封泥,安装时,将冷缩封帽套于电缆末端等部件上,然后将支撑管从冷缩帽体和电缆末端等部件之间抽出,在支撑管抽出的过程中,密封泥密封于冷缩帽体与电缆末端等部件之间,从而将冷缩帽体与电缆末端等部件密封,与现有技术相比,提高了冷缩帽体与电缆末端等部件密封的效果,且安装方便。

实施例1
请参阅图1和图2,其揭示了本实用新型冷缩封帽实施例1,包括冷缩帽体10与内置于冷缩帽体10内的支撑管20。冷缩帽体10一端封闭,另一端开口。支撑管20外表面环绕设置有密封泥30。
密封泥30呈泥状,具有自流动性,起密封作用。在本实施例中,密封泥30是包含有以硅橡胶为主体、添加结构化控制剂或软化剂以及填料形成的非硫化密封泥。结构化控制剂或软化剂可以为硅油类结构化控制剂/软化剂,例如羟基硅油等;结构化控制剂或软化剂还可以为含氟绝缘油,例如润滑油,凡是能够起到对硅橡胶进行结构控制使其保持自流动性的结构控制剂均可。填料可以为二氧化硅类、氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝中的一种或若干种。密封泥30在常温下具有优异的自流动性,耐温性能好,使用寿命长。
本实用新型冷缩封帽由于在支撑管20外表面环绕设置有密封泥30,安装时,将冷缩封帽套于电缆末端40等部件上,然后将支撑管20从冷缩帽体10和电缆末端等部件之间抽出,在支撑管20抽出的过程中,密封泥30不随支撑管20移动,在冷缩帽体10冷收缩回复力作用下自流动密封于冷缩帽体10与电缆末端40等部件之间,从而将冷缩帽体10与电缆末端40等部件密封,与现有技术相比,提高了冷缩帽体与电缆末端等部件密封的效果,且安装方便。
实施例2
请参阅图3,其揭示了本实用新型冷缩封帽实施例2,本实施例与实施例1类似,其区别在于:密封泥30环绕设置于支撑管20的一端。
密封泥30环绕设置于支撑管20的一端,即可起到将冷缩帽体10与电缆末端等部件一端密封起来的效果,这能够节省密封泥的用量。
当然,密封泥30还可以根据需要环绕设置于支撑管20的两端。
本实用新型并不局限于上述具体实施方式,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本实用新型等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本实用新型权利要求的范围内。

2.如权利要求1所述的冷缩封帽,其特征在于:所述密封泥至少环绕设置于所述支撑管的一端。
