背景技术
节能交流接触器在工作时,首先将保持线圈短路,吸合线圈工作,吸合线圈工作后,用于短路保持线圈的常闭触点断开,接通保持线圈,保持线圈在低功率下保持铁芯的吸合状态,但是吸合线圈使铁芯吸合到位时刻与常闭触点分断时刻很难同步,使得铁芯正常吸合的可靠性降低。要么铁芯吸合不上,要么铁芯吸合上后,常闭触点不断开而使吸合线圈烧坏。

根据以上现有技术中的不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可以克服上述缺陷,保证吸合效率和吸合线圈安全的带阻尼开关的节能交流接触器。
本实用新型所提供的带阻尼开关的节能交流接触器,包括节能交流接触器,其特征是,节能交流接触器包括依次串接的吸合线圈KM1、保持线圈KM1'、保持线圈KM2'和吸合线圈KM2,吸合线圈KM1的一端连接外部电源另一端通过空气阻尼延时断开开关KM连接吸合线圈KM2。
当吸合线圈KM1和KM2接通电源吸合铁芯后,空气延时阻尼延时断开开关在延时几十秒后断开,然后再接通保持线圈KM1'和KM2',由于空气阻尼延时断开开关有一定的电阻效果,可以分担一定的电流效果可以保证吸合线圈的安全。同时延时断开使保持线圈有一定的准备时间,在延时开关断开后能及时吸合,保证吸合的可靠性。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是:可以有效克服现在交流接触器的弊端,既能够有效保证铁芯吸合,又可以保证接触器的节能可靠运行。
