背景技术：
现有吹胀蒸发器的成型工艺是利用气体的压力将铝板管路胀起，在生产过程中，铝板材质、气压变化等因素会导致胀形的容积有一定的偏差。容积有偏差的吹胀蒸发器安装到冰箱上，容易造成制冷剂气化不充分，未气化的制冷剂流入压缩机会造成堵塞，俗称冰堵现象，如果在高端冰箱中，主机厂会按3-5倍的蒸发器价格索赔。本来冰箱市场竞争就比较激烈，如频繁出现冰堵现象，就会给利润空间带来缩水。
发明内容：
本实用新型的任务是提出一种抑制未气化气体流入压缩泵，报废量小，质量可靠的一种吹胀式蒸发器。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，一种吹胀式蒸发器，它包括板体上吹胀的主体管路，其特征在于：所述主体管路的边沿依附有毛细管路，所述的毛细管路与主体管路相连通。
本实用新型具有以下效果：1、本实用新型抑制未气化气体流入压缩泵，在制冷过程中，如果制冷剂设有完全的气化，毛细管路起到虹吸作用，可以吸附液态制冷剂，待内部制冷剂气化消耗时，毛细管管路将吸附的制冷剂缓慢释放；2、质量可靠，报废量小，在生产胀形的过程中，毛细管路起到阻尼缓冲作用，可以有效的避免高压气体对薄壁的冲击；3、增加导热交换面积，毛细管路敷没到设有主体管路的地方，制冷剂通过铝板与外界热交换的面积增大；4、蒸发器使用位置广，吹胀式蒸发器一般使用到冷冻室，改型后，吹胀蒸发器可以使用到冷冻室、冷藏室以及－7℃室待多种环境下使用 。
