本实用新型涉及一种建筑工具，具体为一种独立混凝土梁板模板加固专用工具。
背景技术
根据国家规范的强制要求，在结构二次施工过程中有防水要求的房建均要设置不低于150mm高的混凝土坎台。还有阳台的栏板（梁）也为二次施工结构，施工过程中由于混凝土浇筑高低模板加固困难、模板上口自由端固定不便，加固成本高、施工效率低、浇筑的过程中发生跑模，成型的结构外观效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决混凝土梁板模板加固的技术问题，提供了一种独立混凝土梁板模板加固专用工具。
本实用新型的技术方案，一种独立混凝土梁板模板加固专用工具，结构包括螺杆、模板内侧定位螺帽、模板外侧定位螺帽、模板内部固定夹片、模板外部固定夹片，螺杆上分别穿设有模板内部固定夹片、模板外部固定夹片，模板内部固定夹片内侧设有模板内侧定位螺帽，模板外部固定夹片外侧设有模板外侧定位螺帽。
本实用新型所述的独立混凝土梁（板）模板加固专用工具可以避免地梁（板）在浇筑的过程中发生跑模，保证成型的混凝土结构外观效果美观。本专用工具为可周转工具；通过内外两侧的可调固定夹具保证模板的定位准确。可大幅提施工质量，减少施工成本、降低模板加固难度、提高施工效率。
本实用新型设计合理可靠，可以解决混凝土地梁、混凝土坎台、栏板在模板支设加固过程中的各种问题，可保证模板的加固效果、降低施工成本、提高施工效率，使成型的混凝土结构质量及外观兼优。

具体实施方式
如图1所示意，一种独立混凝土梁板模板加固专用工具，结构包括螺杆1、模板内侧定位螺帽2、模板外侧定位螺帽5、模板内部固定夹片3、模板外部固定夹片4，螺杆1上分别穿设有模板内部固定夹片3、模板外部固定夹片4，模板内部固定夹片3内侧设有模板内侧定位螺帽2，模板外部固定夹片4外侧设有模板外侧定位螺帽5。
所述的模板内侧定位螺帽2、模板外侧定位螺帽5、模板内部固定夹片3、模板外部固定夹片4分别有两组。
如图2所示意，使用时，将模板6放置好，然后将模板内部固定夹片3、模板外部固定夹片4从两侧夹住模板6，然后调节模板内侧定位螺帽2、模板外侧定位螺帽5使模板固定住。

1.一种独立混凝土梁板模板加固专用工具，其特征是：结构包括螺杆（1）、模板内侧定位螺帽（2）、模板外侧定位螺帽（5）、模板内部固定夹片（3）、模板外部固定夹片（4），螺杆（1）上分别穿设有模板内部固定夹片（3）、模板外部固定夹片（4），模板内部固定夹片（3）内侧设有模板内侧定位螺帽（2），模板外部固定夹片（4）外侧设有模板外侧定位螺帽（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的独立混凝土梁板模板加固专用工具，其特征是：所述的模板内侧定位螺帽（2）、模板外侧定位螺帽（5）、模板内部固定夹片（3）、模板外部固定夹片（4）分别有两组。
