本实用新型涉及建筑节能技术领域,具体涉及一种真空绝热保温板。
背景技术
在建筑节能技术中,外围护结构节能是一个重要环节,外墙保温作为建筑节能的重要途径和手段,在短短的十几年时间里得到了广泛应用和普及。近几年,我国大部分建筑物都使用了保温板作为保温隔热材料,保温板虽然能够起到一定的保温隔热效果,但是由于保温板的保温效果受到保温材料的导热系统的限制,要想提高保温板的保温效果,只能靠增加保温板的厚度来实现,而这往往又会增加施工难度。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本实用新型提供了一种真空绝热保温板。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
真空绝热保温板,包括保温腔体,保温腔体内真空封装有保温材料、吸气剂和干燥剂,在保温腔体内、沿保温腔体厚度方向设有支撑柱;在保温腔体的外壁包覆有阻隔膜,在阻隔膜的表面包覆有反射膜,在反射膜的表面刮抹有抹面胶浆层,该抹面胶浆层中设有耐碱玻纤网,抹面胶浆层的表面设有装饰层。
所述反射膜为铝反射膜。
所述抹面胶浆层的厚度为3mm~5mm。
所述耐碱玻纤网的网眼孔径为4mm~6mm。
采用了如上技术方案,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
1、本实用新型设置保温腔体,保温腔体内真空封装保温材料,杜绝了保温材料内因空气的流动而产生的对流传热,使保温板在不增加厚度的情况下提高了保温效果。
2、在保温腔体内设置吸气剂和干燥剂,用于吸收保温腔体内的气体和水份,保持保温腔体内的真空度,维持保温绝热效果。

下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见图1:真空绝热保温板,包括保温腔体2,保温腔体2的侧面设有抽真空孔21,用于抽真空,保温腔体2内真空封装有保温材料1、吸气剂8和干燥剂9;由于保温腔体2内为真空,其杜绝了保温材料内因空气的流动而产生的对流传热,使保温板在不增加厚度的情况下提高了保温效果;在保温腔体2内设置吸气剂8和干燥剂9,用于吸收保温腔体内的气体和水份,保持保温腔体内的真空度,维持保温绝热效果。在保温腔体2内、沿保温腔体2厚度方向设有支撑柱10。在保温腔体2的外壁包覆有阻隔膜3,用于阻止外界的水份进入到保温腔体2内,提高保温腔体2的气密性。在阻隔膜3的表面包覆有反射膜4,反射膜4为铝反射膜,用以反射外界的热量,进一步提高绝热效果。在反射膜4的表面刮抹有抹面胶浆层5,抹面胶浆层5的厚度为3mm~5mm;该抹面胶浆层5中设有耐碱玻纤网7,耐碱玻纤网的网眼孔径为4mm~6mm。抹面胶浆层5的表面设有装饰层6。

1.真空绝热保温板,其特征在于,包括保温腔体,保温腔体内真空封装有保温材料、吸气剂和干燥剂,在保温腔体内、沿保温腔体厚度方向设有支撑柱;在保温腔体的外壁包覆有阻隔膜,在阻隔膜的表面包覆有反射膜,在反射膜的表面刮抹有抹面胶浆层,该抹面胶浆层中设有耐碱玻纤网,抹面胶浆层的表面设有装饰层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空绝热保温板,其特征在于,所述反射膜为铝反射膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空绝热保温板,其特征在于,所述抹面胶浆层的厚度为3mm~5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的真空绝热保温板,其特征在于,所述耐碱玻纤网的网眼孔径为4mm~6mm。
