Abstract

一种家用简易食品脱水器，可以巧妙地利用洗衣机的甩干桶，极方便地为菜馅脱水，也可以用来在自制豆浆、豆腐、果汁时做脱水之用。既不污染洗衣机，也不受洗衣机之污染。本实用新型由脱水桶①与储水桶②组成。脱水桶桶壁有无数小孔，内装待脱水的菜馅或其它食品，储水桶能托住脱水桶，两桶壁之间留有适当距离。储水桶可以收储从脱水桶甩出的水浆。将此二桶安置在洗衣机甩干桶内，或与其它高速旋转器件相连接，可以实现快速离心脱水。

Description

本实用新型是一种家用简易食品脱水器。将这种脱水器安置在洗衣机甩干桶内或与其它高速旋转器件连接起来，可以实现快速电力脱水。
我国各地群众普遍喜欢制做饺子、包子、馅饼等食品。但制做菜馅时脱水工作既脏且累。家庭自制豆浆、豆腐、果汁时也难以解决脱水问题。目前尚无廉价而简易的脱水器可供使用。
本实用新型是一种食品脱水器，由脱水桶与储水桶组成，其特征是脱水桶①壁有许多小孔，能卡定在储水桶②内。该二桶能与一只高速旋转的器件形成连动关系，以实现电力离心脱水。
脱水桶①用以容装待脱水食品，桶壁及底部有无数小孔，有盖④。其上沿及底部与储水桶相接，两桶壁之间保持适当距离，便于自脱水桶甩出水浆。该脱水桶也能单独使用。
储水桶②用以收储自脱水桶①甩出的水浆，桶壁无孔，其内壁下部有支爪③数个，能托住脱水桶底部，在支爪下部留有空间，可收存水浆。该桶的底部及上沿能极方便地卡定在洗衣机甩干桶内，或与其它沿水平方向高速旋转的器件形成连动关系。在实施中，必须使本脱水器与外接器件（如洗衣机甩干桶）既能牢固卡定在一起，在高速旋转中保持同步运转，又能极方便地分离开来。这可以根据外接器件的形状用多种方式处理。如使用电动洗衣机甩干桶，则可用其专用的塑料圆盘将本设计中的二桶压紧卡定在甩干桶下部即可。
为了节省费用，也可将本设计中的脱水桶①单独使用。但这不如双桶共用既不污染洗衣机，也不受洗衣机之污染。本品具有简易、价廉、快速、方便、卫生等特点。

Claims (3)

1、一种食品脱水器，由脱水桶①与储水桶②组成。其特征是脱水桶壁有小孔。能卡定在储水桶内。该二桶外形适于卡定在一只高速旋转的器件中，形成连动关系。
2、如权利要求1所述的脱水器，其特征是脱水桶①的桶壁及底部有无数小孔，有盖④。上沿及底部与储水桶②相接，两桶壁之间保持适当距离。
3、如权利要求1所述的脱水器，其特征是储水桶②壁无孔，内壁下部有支爪③数个，能托住脱水桶底部，在支爪下部留有空间，可存储水浆。
