本实用新型涉及背光模组领域,具体为一种用于背光模组的光学膜片。 
背景技术 
目前,用于背光模组的光学膜片组装直接影响了整个模组的亮度和目视状况,其中光学膜片漏装的问题则是背光模组组装常常发生的问题,主要是光学膜片保护膜撕离堆叠后目视不易区分,往往要在组立完成后测量辉度才能察觉光学膜片漏装的问题,其影响到须拆解维修,客户端甚至会有赔偿问题产生。如图1所示,光学膜片耳部上扩散片1、增光片2和下扩散片3的外型尺寸相同,上述膜片依次堆叠后目视很难区分,很容易造成漏装。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于背光模组的光学膜片,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。 
本实用新型所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现: 
用于背光模组的光学膜片,由依次堆叠的上扩散片、增光片和下扩散片组成,上扩散片耳部上裁切有大缺口,增光片耳部上裁切有与上述大缺口等深度的小缺口,下扩散片耳部不做裁切,其中增光片耳部的小缺口一切边与上扩散片耳部的大缺口一切边对齐。 
进一步的,增光片耳部小缺口宽度为上扩散片耳部大缺口宽度的0.3~0.9倍。 
进一步的,大缺口宽度为上扩散片耳部宽度的0.6~0.8倍。 
进一步的,所述用于背光模组的光学膜片由依次堆叠的上扩散片、第一增光片、第二增光片和下扩散片组成,上扩散片耳部上裁切有大缺口,第一增光片耳部上裁切有中缺口,第二增光片耳部上裁切有小缺口,且大缺口、中缺口、小缺口其中一切边相互对齐,下扩散片耳部不做裁切。 
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型结构简单,通过在上扩散片、增光片和下扩散片的耳部裁切不同的缺口,改良了定位机制,无需增加费用,裁切方便,可以在背光模组组装的同时目视有无光学膜片漏装,提高了产品的成品率和工作效率,节省了组装时间。

如图2~5所示,用于背光模组的光学膜片,由依次堆叠的上扩散片1、增光片2和下扩散片3组成,上扩散片1耳部上裁切有大缺口4,增光片2耳部上裁切有与上述大缺口4等深度的小缺口5,下扩散片3耳部不做裁切,其中增光片2耳部的小缺口5一切边与上扩散片1耳部的大缺口4一切边对齐。且增光片2耳部小缺口5宽度为上扩散片1耳部大缺口4宽度的0.3~0.9倍,大缺口宽度为上扩散片耳部宽度的0.6~0.8倍。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于背光模组的光学膜片,其特征在于:增光片耳部小缺口宽度为上扩散片耳部大缺口宽度的0.3~0.9倍。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于背光模组的光学膜片,其特征在于:大缺口宽度为上扩散片耳部宽度的0.6~0.8倍。
