背景技术
随着水轮发电机容量越大,由于气隙不均匀产生的不平衡磁拉力越大,造成机组振动过大,其中提高机架径向刚度能够有效减小机组振动。传统加强上机架径向刚度的方法为使用千斤顶或三角支架支撑,其中千斤顶支撑成本低,但效果一般,特别机组发生短路时,可能发生将基础顶坏的情况,因此其只适合小机组使用;三角架支撑可以将径向不平衡磁拉力转化成切向力,可避免将基础顶坏,而且效果好,但成本很高,且只适合大机组使用。

为了克服传统结构中的上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种有效、低成本和简单的径向拉紧螺杆结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种水轮发电机上机架的径向拉杆结构,包括:垫块、止动垫圈、螺母、拉紧螺杆、预埋基础板,垫块、止动垫圈、螺母将拉紧螺杆的一端固定在机架上,止动垫圈、螺母将拉紧螺杆的一端固定在预埋基础板上。

本实用新型在安装时,先调整好上机架高程和中心、方位后,安装好上机架拉紧螺杆,拉紧螺杆应中心对称拧紧,最后每个垫圈均需点焊两处。
