本实用新型涉及一种一体式高密封PVC型材，属PVC型材生产加工技术领域。
背景技术
目前PVC型材因其良好的保温性能、隔音性能好且重量轻等优点被广泛使用。但是在PVC门窗加工制作的过程中，大多采用穿胶条的方式进行玻璃的密封和固定，一方面工序繁琐，工作量大，另一方面胶条的安装质量参差不齐，会导致密封效果出现差异，且密封胶条也需要占用较多的运输、储存等成本，导致了PVC型材产品成本较高，同时由于密封条与PVC型材材质不同，极易导致密封条从PVC型材上脱落，严重影响到PVC型材产品的密封性及美观性，并严重降低了PVC型材产品的是有使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型目的就在于克服上述不足，提供一种一体式高密封PVC型材。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种一体式高密封PVC型材，所述的一体式高密封PVC型材由PCV基材及密封条构成，所述的PCV基材上设置连接槽体，所述的连接槽体嵌于PCV基材表面，所述的密封条末端嵌于接槽体内部并于PCV基材热塑连接，所述的密封条另与接槽体底部接触位置另设紧固铆钉。
密封条材质为软质聚氯乙烯。
本实用新型省去了传统PVC型材密封胶条安装工序，降低密封胶条的运输、仓储成本，从而提高了PVC型材的加工效率并降低了生产成本，同时本新型中所采用的密封胶条为软质聚氯乙烯，其化学结构与的PVC型材接近，提高了密封胶条的安装质量和密封程度，也具有较强的装饰性，较传统的PVC型材安装密封胶条更为美观，从而进一步提升了PVC型材质量。
