技术领域
本实用新型涉及钢结构工程除尘设备，尤其是用于钢构件抛丸除锈过程中除尘用的简易除尘装置。
背景技术
目前，在钢构件生产过程上，钢构件需要进行抛丸除锈再上漆，但在对钢构件抛丸除锈过程中，难免要产生大量的粉尘，这些粉尘严重影响了厂区的环境，也危害着工人的身心健康。因此，设计一种能够解决上述问题除尘装置是十分必要的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是对以上缺点进行改进，提供一种结构简单，安装方便，除尘效果好，成本低的简易除尘装置。
本实用新型的具体方案是：简易除尘装置，其特征在于：包括管道、鼓风机、支撑架、沉降池和水管构成，所述管道的前部设有鼓风机，鼓风机的下方设有支撑架，管道的出口处下方设有沉降池，在管道出口处一侧布置有水管，水管的出口端设有喷淋头，喷淋头相对于管道出口的下方。
本实用新型结构简单，安装方便，除尘效果好，成本低，保证了厂区工作环境和工作人员的身体健康。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本实用新型简易除尘装置，包括管道1、鼓风机2、支撑架5、沉降池3和水管4构成，所述管道1的前部设有鼓风机2，鼓风机2的下方设有支撑架5，管道1的出口处下方设有沉降池3，在管道1出口处一侧布置有水管4，水管4的出口端设有喷淋头7，喷淋头7相对于管道1出口的下方。安装时，将管道进口布置在抛丸除锈工作间7的墙壁上，管道的出口对着沉降池，当鼓风机工作时，将车间内的灰尘向外抽，灰尘流到管道出口处时，遇到喷淋头喷出的水雾，灰尘就自然的落到沉降室内。
