本实用新型的目的在于克服上述纯露机出露量少,耗时长,生产率低等不足,提供一种在较高压力产生蒸汽,利用水冷方式冷却蒸气的高效纯露提纯设备。本实用新型的目的可以通过如下措施来达到:一种高压水冷式纯露提取设备,它具有底座9,底座9上安装热电偶10,底座装有密封加热罐7,加热罐7内放置盛花板8,其特征在于加热罐上方装有密封盖6,密封盖6上安装压力控制阀14,且密封盖6与加热罐7之间安装密封圈13,密封罐通过连接管5和连接螺母4与冷却水管3相连,冷却水管3与集水管2相连,冷却水管3安装在冷却槽1内,冷却槽1内装有冷水,冷却槽1内冷水可通过龙头11排出冷却槽1,冷却槽1安装在支架12上。本实用新型同已有技术相比可产生如下积极效果:1  加热时蒸汽量大,出口压力高。2蒸汽冷却速度高凝结量,纯露提取效率高。3 结构简单,成本低。

 实例1:一种高压水冷式纯露提取设备它具有底座9,底座9上安装热电偶10,底座装有密封加热罐7,加热罐7内放置盛花板8,将花瓣平放在盛花板8上,将纯净水加入加热罐7中,对热电偶10通电,对加热罐7加热,蒸气产生过程中由于有密封盖6密封,且密封盖6上安装有压力控制阀14,密封盖6与加热罐7之间有密封圈13,蒸汽在密封罐内形成较高压力,当蒸汽压力超过压力控制阀14调定压力值时,压力控制阀14开启,水蒸气通过连接管5和连接螺母4进入冷却水管3,冷却水管3被冷却槽1内冷水冷却而凝结成纯露并在蒸汽压力的推动下通过集水管2注入水杯。冷却槽1内装有冷水,冷水温度升高后可将热水通过龙头11排出冷却槽1,并可再次加入冷却水提高冷却效果。
