发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构及加工制造工艺简单,互锁性好、排线效果理想的偏心凸轮间歇排线装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:偏心凸轮间歇排线装置,其特殊之处在于,偏心套内孔与外圆偏心;偏心套与连接套固连;偏心套内孔设有轴承;轴承内孔与吊模轴滑动配合;偏心套外圆设有上轴承和下轴承;下轴承下端设有压盖;上轴承和下轴承之间设有推线杆固定板;推线杆固定板上均布设有槽口;推线杆固定板沿槽口方向上下两面设有垫圈;推线杆沿槽口方向与推线杆固定板固连;吊模轴下端设有固定套;托板中间设有内孔,固定套与托板固连;托板上面设有绕线模固定板;托板下端面设有绕线模;绕线模固定板与推线杆固定板相对应槽口设有孔;绕线模固定板上面设有推线杆导向套。 
由于采用了上述技术方案,通过连接套旋转,带动偏心套旋转,驱动推线杆上下移动;将绕线模上漆包线间歇排线;满足绕线要求,因而结构及加工制造工艺简单、互锁性好、排线效果理想的优点。

使用时,通过连接套旋转,带动偏心套旋转,驱动推线杆上下移动;将绕线模上漆包线间歇排线;满足绕线要求,因而结构及加工制造工艺简单、互锁性好、排线效果理想的优点。

1.偏心凸轮间歇排线装置,其特征是:偏心套(9)内孔与外圆偏心;偏心套(9)与连接套(7)固连;偏心套(9)内孔设有轴承;轴承内孔与吊模轴(8)滑动配合;偏心套(9)外圆设有上轴承(5)和下轴承(6);下轴承(6)下端设有压盖(10);上轴承(5)和下轴承(6)之间设有推线杆固定板(11);推线杆固定板(11)上均布设有槽口;推线杆固定板(11)沿槽口方向上下两面设有垫圈(3);推线杆(2)沿槽口方向与推线杆固定板(11)固连;吊模轴(8)下端设有固定套(12);托板(16)中间设有内孔,固定套(12)与托板(16)固连;托板(16)上面设有绕线模固定板(15);托板(16)下端面设有绕线模(1);绕线模固定板(15)与推线杆固定板(11)相对应槽口设有孔;绕线模固定板(15)上面设有推线杆导向套(13)。
