背景技术
在油箱盖装在油箱口上时，油箱盖的密封圈与油箱口紧密结合，实现密封效果。大部分油箱盖的密封圈为平垫圈，然而对于一些油箱口端部为圆弧结构的，密封圈与之配合的密封效果无法达到理想效果，不够稳点。如中国专利申请号201120016154.1公开了一种油箱盖,具体涉及一种塑料密封油箱盖。它由油箱盖本体和本体上的盖帽和螺纹柱构成,油箱盖本体的盖帽圆周上间隔设置有阻力槽,阻力槽之间设置有凹窝,油箱盖本体的螺纹柱上设置有外螺纹,盖帽底部设置有密封槽,密封槽内装有密封圈。该实用实用新型并未具体描述密封圈的形状和配合关系。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车油箱盖密封结构，解决现有油箱盖密封圈为平垫圈，密封效果差的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种汽车油箱盖密封结构，包括盖帽和油箱盖本体，及设置在油箱盖本体与油箱口配合端面上的密封圈，所述密封圈的截面为与油箱口相适配的弧面结构。
为防止密封圈脱落，所述的油箱盖本体上还固定设置有防止密封圈脱落的挡片。
进一步的，所述挡片均匀设置有三个挡爪。
本实用新型的有益效果：所述密封圈设置成与油箱口结构相适配的弧形，使密封圈与油箱口的配合更紧密，密封效果更好，同时，结构简单，易于实现。所述挡片结构简单，安装方便。

实施例，如图1至3所示，一种汽车油箱盖密封结构，包括盖帽1和油箱盖本体2，及设置在油箱盖本体2与油箱口配合端面上的密封圈3，所述密封圈3的截面为与油箱口相适配的弧面结构。所述的油箱盖本体2上还固定设置有防止密封圈3脱落的挡片4。所述挡片4均匀设置有三个挡爪41。
通过将密封圈设置成与油箱口结构相适配的弧形，使密封圈与油箱口的配合更紧密，密封效果更好，同时，结构简单，易于实现。所述挡片结构简单，安装方便。

1.一种汽车油箱盖密封结构，包括盖帽（1）和油箱盖本体（2），及设置在油箱盖本体（2）与油箱口配合端面上的密封圈（3），其特征在于：所述密封圈（3）的截面为与油箱口相适配的弧面结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车油箱盖密封结构，其特征在于：所述的油箱盖本体（2）上还固定设置有防止密封圈（3）脱落的挡片（4）。
3.如权利要求2所述的汽车油箱盖密封结构，其特征在于：所述挡片（4）均匀设置有三个挡爪（41）。
