技术领域
本实用新型涉及复合织物，尤其涉及一种具有防水透气功能的复合织物，属于纺织品领域。
背景技术
当今，休闲，运动，户外活动已成为最时尚的话题，为了展现个性特征和健康的需求，休闲装，运动装，户外服，越来越受到人们的亲睐。人们对服装(尤指户外服，运动装和休闲装)的防水、透气、穿着舒适、防风等的多重要求日益增强。尤其对于在恶劣天气(如雨雪天气)参加户外活动的人，穿着一款既能防水又具有透气功能的服装极为重要。为了迎合当今的服装市场的需求，发明出一种防水透气的复合织物尤为重要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防水透气复合织物，具有优良的防水透气功能。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的：
防水透气复合织物，其特征在于包括织物层，粘着层和e-PTFE薄膜层，所述粘着层位于所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层之间；所述织物层为7D～30D的轻薄尼龙/涤纶平纹布或者格子布；所述粘着层为PU油胶或者PUR热熔胶；所述PTFE薄膜层上有微气孔；所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层通过所述粘着层以压合复合方式连接。
所述的e-PTFE薄膜层的另一表面依次添加第二粘着层和第二织物层，所述第二织物层为纺织物或者无纺布，所述第二织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层通过第二粘着层以压合复合方式连接。
所述的e-PTFE薄膜层的厚度为8～25μm，透气率为3～20mm/s。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下突出优点和效果：
1.防水性能优异，由于e-PTFE膜上有微气孔，微气孔孔径是水滴直径的1/5000-1/20000，因此即使是最小的雨滴也不能通过；e-PTFE薄膜表面能低，水滴不能在所述e-PTFE薄膜层上铺展，阻止水滴透过。透气性能良好，e-PTFE薄膜层的孔隙率高达80％，平均孔径为0.2μm，微气孔孔径大于水蒸汽分子的700倍，水蒸汽分子可自由通过。水在一定压力下不透过面料，而人体散发的汗液可以以蒸汽的形式通过复合织物传至外界，汗液不会在人体皮肤表面或织物上冷凝聚集，从而达到穿着舒适的目的。
2.织物层采用7D～30D的轻薄尼龙/涤纶平纹布或者格子布，布面较为轻薄柔软，纤维间具有较大的空隙，与e-PTFE薄膜层贴合，可加大气体的流动性，增强本实用新型复合织物的透气性。

如图1所示，防水透气复合织物，其特征在于包括织物层1，粘着层2和e-PTFE薄膜层3，所述粘着层2位于所述织物层1与所述e-PTFE薄膜层3之间；所述织物层1为7D～30D的轻薄尼龙/涤纶平纹布或者格子布；所述粘着层2为PU油胶或者PUR热熔胶；所述e-PTFE薄膜层3上有微气孔；所述织物层1与所述e-PTFE薄膜层3通过所述粘着层2以压合复合方式连接。
所述的e-PTFE薄膜层的厚度为8～25μm，透气率为3～20mm/s。
如图2所示，所述的e-PTFE薄膜层的另一表面依次添加第二粘着层5和第二织物层6，所述第二织物层6为纺织物或者无纺布，所述第二织物层6与所述e-PTFE薄膜层3通过第二粘着层5以压合复合方式连接。
本实用新型防水透气复合织物，可广泛应用于服装、鞋类、家用纺织品、汽车内饰品、医疗用品的等领域。

1.防水透气复合织物，其特征在于包括织物层，粘着层和e-PTFE薄膜层，所述粘着层位于所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层之间；所述织物层为7D～30D的轻薄尼龙/涤纶平纹布或者格子布；所述粘着层为PU油胶或者PUR热熔胶；所述e-PTFE薄膜层上有微气孔；所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层通过所述粘着层以压合复合方式连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水透气复合织物，其特征在于所述的e-PTFE薄膜层的另一表面依次添加第二粘着层和第二织物层，所述第二织物层为纺织物或者无纺布，所述第二织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层通过第二粘着层以压合复合方式连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水透气复合织物，其特征在于所述的e-PTFE薄膜层的厚度为8～25μm，透气率为3～20mm/s。
