随着社会与经济的发展,人们对衣物的功能性、舒适性与外观美感提出了更高的要求。冬季穿着的衣物,尤其对于喜爱户外运动的人士而言,不仅要求服装外观精美、具有优良的防风保暖性能,还要求其穿着舒适,活动灵活自如,具有防水透气等性能。如申请号为201320186087的实用新型专利:“一种保暖复合面料”,采用棉布层与麻布层通过粘合剂粘合而成,其虽然具有传统面料的保暧,吸湿透气性能,但无法实现户外防雨雪的功能,也无法兼顾透气性与防风保暖性能的完美结合,风可以轻易透过面料。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种轻薄保暖复合织物,其结构设计合理,加工简便,外观精美,具有良好的防水透气,防风保暖的功能。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种轻薄保暖复合织物,包括织物层,粘着层与e-PTFE薄膜层,其特征在于所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层之间通过所述粘着层压合复合连接;所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层的表面设置有具有凹凸感的图案。
所述织物层为天然纤维或人造纤维制成的无纺布或者机织布。
所述粘着层为PU油胶或者PUR热熔胶。
所述e-PTFE薄膜层的厚度为8~25μm。
所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层表面的凹凸感图案经过辊轮热压加工而成,图案凸起的高度或者凹陷的深度为1~30μm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下突出优点和效果:
本实用新型轻薄保暖复合织物,织物层可根据需要选择不同的布种。织物层通过粘着层(PU油胶或者PUR热熔胶)与e-PTFE薄膜层压合复合形成复合织物基体,此复合织物基体再经过辊轮热压使织物表面及e-PTFE薄膜层的表面形成具有凹凸感的图案,其加工过程十分简便。采用e-PTFE薄膜层复合,使本实用新型实现了既轻薄,又具有优良的防风保暖、防水透气的功能。织物表面及e-PTFE薄膜层表面的凹凸感图案,可以设置为各种不同的图案,使复合织物的外观富有美感,同时,由于具有凹凸感的图案设计,使本实用新型用于制作服装或者帽子等产品时,扩大了服装或者帽子内部微气候的空间(即服装或者帽子与皮肤之间的微小空间),有利于微气候空间内温度,湿度和气流的调节,增强人体舒适度。本实用新型结构设计合理,加工简便,外观精美,具有良好的防水透气,防风保暖的功能。

作为本实用新型所述轻薄保暖复合织物的实施例,如图1所示,包括织物层1,粘着层2与e-PTFE薄膜层3,其特征在于所述织物层1与所述e-PTFE薄膜层3之间通过所述粘着层2压合复合连接;所述织物层1与所述e-PTFE薄膜层3的表面设置有具有凹凸感的图案。
本实施例中,所述织物层为人造纤维制成的针织布。
本实施例中,所述粘着层为PUR热熔胶。
本实施例中,所述e-PTFE薄膜层的厚度为15μm。
本实施例中,所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层表面的凹凸感图案经过辊轮热压加工而成,图案凸起的高度或者凹陷的深度为10μm。
当然,所述织物层也可以为天然纤维制成的无纺布、机织布或者人造纤维制成的无纺布、梭织布;所述粘着层也可以采用PU油胶;所述e-PTFE薄膜层的厚度也可以为8~25μm范围中的任何数值;所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层表面图案凸起的高度或者凹陷的深度也可以为1~30μm范围中的任何数值。那么,也都在本实用新型保护范围之内,这里不再一一赘述。

2.如权利要求1所述的轻薄保暖复合织物,其特征在于所述织物层为天然纤维或人造纤维制成的无纺布或者机织布。
3.如权利要求1所述的轻薄保暖复合织物,其特征在于所述粘着层为PU油胶或者PUR热熔胶。
4.如权利要求1所述的轻薄保暖复合织物,其特征在于所述e-PTFE薄膜层的厚度为8~25μm。
5.如权利要求1所述的轻薄保暖复合织物,其特征在于所述织物层与所述e-PTFE薄膜层表面的凹凸感图案经过辊轮热压加工而成,图案凸起的高度或者凹陷的深度为1~30μm。
