本实用新型公开了一种柔性上预压调节装置，是为了增加物料的受压时间及预压量的调整问题。该装置包括轴位螺钉、弹簧、预压轮架、帽钉、上轨道盘、垫片、预压轮、预压轮套、锁紧螺钉、挡圈、压注油杯，其中预压轮架通过帽钉与上轨道盘连接，垫片安装在预压轮架与上轨道盘之间，弹簧套装在轴位螺钉上，轴位螺钉穿入预压轮架后固定在上轨道盘上，预压轮套装入预压轮的内孔后套装在预压轮架上，挡圈套在预压轮的外侧后用锁紧螺钉固定，压注油杯安装在预压轮架上。这种柔性上预压调节装置可作为高速旋转式压片机上刚性结构预压调节装置的更新换代产品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种制药机械，特别是涉及一种制药机械中旋转式压片机上的柔性上预压调节装置。
背景技术
在制药机械行业中，将固体颗粒压制成片剂形式的机械通常称作压片机，而将中模安装在转台上并随转台一起旋转的机械称为旋转式压片机。在低速旋转式压片机中，一般无预压装置，而在高速旋转式压片机中，由于转速高，为增加物料的受压时间均装有一种预压调节装置。目前市场上所有的上预压调节装置，均采用刚性结构，预压位置很难调整，当各预压轮与上冲钉之间间隙过小而预压量较大时，上冲钉与轨道之间产生硬摩擦，易损坏上冲钉及上轨道；而当各预压轮与上冲钉之间间隙过大时又达不到预压效果，必须设法解决预压量的调整问题，以增加物料的受压时间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种柔性上预压调节装置，以增加高速压片机压片过程中物料的受压时间，同时又便于调整预压量。这种新型的柔性上预压调节装置可采用如下技术方案来实施：柔性上预压调节装置是通过调整弹簧的压缩量大小来改变物料所受预压力的大小原理来设计的。在结构上它包括轴位螺钉、弹簧、预压轮架、帽钉、上轨道盘、垫片、预压轮、预压轮套、锁紧螺钉、挡圈、压注油杯，其中预压轮架通过帽钉与上轨道盘连接，垫片安装在预压轮架与上轨道盘之间，弹簧套装在轴位螺钉上，轴位螺钉穿入预压轮架后固定在上轨道盘上，预压轮套装入预压轮的内孔后套装在预压轮架上，挡圈套在预压轮的外侧后用锁紧螺钉固定，压注油杯安装在预压轮架上。
按照上述技术方案制作的柔性上预压调节装置与现有技术相比其突出的优点是：只需调整垫片的尺寸就能调整预压轮与上冲钉之间的间隙，调整弹簧的压缩量便能控制预压力的大小，当预压量较大时，预压轮可克服弹簧压缩力向上移动，避免了冲钉与轨道之间产生硬摩擦，延长了上冲钉及上轨道的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步叙述。
如图1所示，本实用新型一种柔性上预压调节装置包括轴位螺钉1、弹簧2、预压轮架3、帽钉4、上轨道盘5、垫片6、预压轮7、预压轮套8、锁紧螺钉9、挡圈10、压注油杯11，其中预压轮架3通过帽钉4与上轨道盘5连接，垫片6安装在预压轮架3与上轨道盘5之间，弹簧2套装在轴位螺钉1上，轴位螺钉1穿入预压轮架3后固定在上轨道盘5上，预压轮套8装入预压轮7的内孔后套装在预压轮架3上，挡圈10套在预压轮7的外侧后用锁紧螺钉9固定，压注油杯11安装在预压轮架3上。工作时，只需调整垫片6的尺寸就能调整预压轮与上冲钉之间的间隙，使上冲刚好通过上轨道与预压轮即可，调整弹簧2的压缩量便能控制预压力的大小，当预压量较大时，预压轮7可克服弹簧2的压缩力向上移动，避免了冲钉与轨道之间产生硬摩擦，延长了上冲钉及上轨道的使用寿命。

1.一种柔性上预压调节装置，其特征在于该调节装置包括轴位螺钉（1）、弹簧（2）、预压轮架（3）、帽钉（4）、上轨道盘（5）、垫片（6）、预压轮（7）、预压轮套（8）、锁紧螺钉（9）、挡圈（10）、压注油杯（11），其中预压轮架（3）通过帽钉（4）与上轨道盘（5）连接，垫片（6）安装在预压轮架（3）与上轨道盘（5）之间，弹簧（2）套装在轴位螺钉（1）上，轴位螺钉（1）穿入预压轮架（3）后固定在上轨道盘（5）上，预压轮套（8）装入预压轮（7）的内孔后套装在预压轮架（3）上，挡圈（10）套在预压轮（7）的外侧后用锁紧螺钉（9）固定，压注油杯（11）安装在预压轮架（3）上。
