本实用新型涉及一种开关柜不间断无线联控装置,包括若干台开关柜以及一远程控制终端;其特征在于:所述的开关柜均设置有一MCU,所述的MCU连接有电压取样电路、电流取样电路、温湿度信号取样电路、开关量信号输入电路以及一ZigBee无线模块;所述开关柜的进线输出端连接有一整流降压电路;所述整流降压电路经一充放电管理电路与一蓄电池连接,并作为所述MCU的供电电源;所述的远程控制终端通过ZigBee无线自组网与所述开关柜通信。本实用新型通过ZigBee无线自组网功能,能实现多个开关柜的无线联控,而且充分利用开关柜的进线电源实现自身储备电源,做到不间断供电。

本实用新型涉及开关柜监控技术领域,特别是一种开关柜不间断无线联控装置。 
背景技术
 开关柜作为配电设备已经遍布各个社会各个角落,然后对开关柜的维护一直是商家头疼的问题,现有的开关柜监控虽然可以做到局部统一监控,但是其需要事先布线,而且机柜与机柜之间是相互独立的,只要一个线路出问题,就会导致监测对象数据的丢失。

有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的是提供一种开关柜不间断无线联控装置,能实现开关柜无线联控,且不受到外部电源的影响。
本实用新型采用以下方案实现:一种开关柜不间断无线联控装置,包括若干台开关柜以及一远程控制终端;其特征在于:所述的开关柜均设置有一MCU,所述的MCU连接有电压取样电路、电流取样电路、温湿度信号取样电路、开关量信号输入电路以及一ZigBee无线模块;所述开关柜的进线输出端连接有一整流降压电路;所述整流降压电路经一充放电管理电路与一蓄电池连接,并作为所述MCU的供电电源;所述的远程控制终端通过ZigBee无线自组网与所述开关柜通信。
在本实用新型一实施例中,所述的MCU还连接有一用于存储历史数据的存储器。
在本使用新型一实施例中,所述的MCU还连接有一门锁开关感应电路,用以统计所述开关柜开、关门的次数与相应时间。
本实用新型通过ZigBee无线自组网功能,能实现多个开关柜的无线联控,而且充分利用开关柜的进线电源实现自身储备电源,做到不间断供电。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种开关柜不间断无线联控装置,包括若干台开关柜以及一远程控制终端;其特征在于:所述的开关柜均设置有一MCU,所述的MCU连接有电压取样电路、电流取样电路、温湿度信号取样电路、开关量信号输入电路以及一ZigBee无线模块;所述开关柜的进线输出端连接有一整流降压电路;所述整流降压电路经一充放电管理电路与一蓄电池连接,并作为所述MCU的供电电源;所述的远程控制终端通过ZigBee无线自组网与所述开关柜通信。
本实用新型所述的电压取样电路、电流取样电路、开关量信号输入电路各自获取开关柜进线输出电路的电压、电流以及开关量信号发送给MCU,所述MCU通过ZigBee无线模块自组网将监控数据传输给所述的远程控制终端,此外,本实用新型设置的温湿度信号取样电路还能监测开关柜内的温湿度情况。
较佳的,在本实用新型一实施例中,所述的MCU还连接有一用于存储历史数据的存储器。所述的MCU还连接有一门锁开关感应电路,用以统计所述开关柜开、关门的次数与相应时间。

1.一种开关柜不间断无线联控装置,包括若干台开关柜以及一远程控制终端;其特征在于:所述的开关柜均设置有一MCU,所述的MCU连接有电压取样电路、电流取样电路、温湿度信号取样电路、开关量信号输入电路以及一ZigBee无线模块;所述开关柜的进线输出端连接有一整流降压电路;所述整流降压电路经一充放电管理电路与一蓄电池连接,并作为所述MCU的供电电源;所述的远程控制终端通过ZigBee无线自组网与所述开关柜通信。
