本实用新型涉及的是一种电力供配电系统用的部件,尤其是配电系统中低压柜用智能低压进线单元。
背景技术:
在现有技术中,公知的技术是低压柜中在用的低压进线单元,这种低压进线单元没有智能化的功能,对各种运行参数与低压柜外没有通讯联系,故不能实现与电网监控值班室或专用的移动式测控车上的遥控设备无线连接,实现摇控、摇测和摇调,这是现有技术所存在的不足之处。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是针对现有技术所存在的不足,而提供一种配电系统中低压柜用智能低压进线单元技术方案,该方案采用了智能化的低压断路器模块和数控技术及无线通讯技术,使低压进线单元具有了智能性和与外界通讯联系的功能。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的:配电系统中低压柜用智能低压进线单元,包括有配电变压器,本方案的特点是所述的低压进线单元的一次主线路由配电变压器接入至智能式低压断路器模块,输出至低压计量单元、低压电容补偿单元和低压出线单元;所述的低压进线单元的二次线路接有信息采集模块、A/D转换模块、数据储存模块、数据计算模块、数控模块、数字式显示模块、发送接收无线信号的通讯模块和为各模块提供电源和时钟信号的电源与时钟模块。本方案具体的特点还有,所述的数字式显示模块包括数字显示和模拟显示。所述的智能式低压断路器模块采用的是智能式低压断路器。

通过附图可以看出,本方案的配电系统中低压柜用智能低压进线单元,包括有配电变压器8,本方案的特点是所述的低压进线单元的一次主线路由配电变压器8接入至智能式低压断路器模块7,输出至低压计量单元11、低压电容补偿单元12和低压出线单元13,本方案的智能式低压断路器模块7采用的是智能式低压断路器。所述的低压进线单元的二次线路由智能式低压断路器模块7连接有信息采集模块6用于采集智能式低压断路器模块7的运行参数,然后将采集到的模拟量参数输给A/D转换模块5,A/D转换模块5将采集到的模拟量参数转换成数字量,并输给数据储存模块4进行存储,数据储存模块4同时将存储的运行参数输给数据计算模块10、数字式显示模块3和通讯模块2。数据计算模块10对数据储存模块4发来的运行参数进行计算后,输出给数控模块9并发出控制信号控制智能式低压断路器模块7的运行。数据储存模块4发给数字式显示模块3的运行参数,由数字式显示模块3给出数值显示,该数值即可以采用数字形式显示,也可以采用模拟形式显示。数据储存模块4发给通讯模块2的参数,由通讯模块2转换成无线信号发出与外界联系,同时还能接收外界发来的无线控制信号,并能将外来的控制信号由通讯模块2传给数据计算模块10,实现外界对智能式低压断路器模块7运行的控制。另外,还有为各模块提供电源和时钟信号的电源与时钟模块1。

1.一种配电系统中低压柜用智能低压进线单元,包括有配电变压器,其特征是:所述的低压进线单元的一次主线路由配电变压器接入至智能式低压断路器模块,输出至低压计量单元、低压电容补偿单元和低压出线单元;所述的低压进线单元的二次线路接有信息采集模块、A/D转换模块、数据储存模块、数据计算模块、数控模块、数字式显示模块、发送接收无线信号的通讯模块和为各模块提供电源和时钟信号的电源与时钟模块。
