Abstract
一种杀菌复合型滤芯,包括壳体、上盖、膜芯及导流管;所述导流管的管壁上均布设有复数个过滤通孔;所述膜芯套设在所述导流管的管壁外侧,两者共同设置在所述壳体内;还包括玻璃套管及紫外灯管;所述玻璃套管设置在所述导流管的中轴位置上,所述紫外灯管内设在所述玻璃套管内;所述玻璃套管固设在所述导流管内。本实用新型对过滤、渗透后的水质进行紫外杀菌,使得该滤芯结构既能过滤掉水中的杂质,又能有效的杀灭细菌,设计合理,结构简单,且操作方便,使用安全。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于水净化设备领域,涉及一种杀菌复合型滤芯。
背景技术
目前,市场上常见滤芯的过滤方式有PP棉过滤、活性炭过滤、超滤膜过滤和反渗透过滤等几种。由于滤芯在使用过程中,内部一般会滋生细菌,同时,水中所含的细菌也常常超标,而上述几种过滤材料中,PP棉和活性炭由于孔径较大,只能过滤掉水中的杂质,却不能把细菌过滤掉,滤芯中的细菌不断滋生,容易给水质带来二次污染;超滤膜和反渗透膜的孔径娇小,虽然能很好的过滤掉细菌,但不能杀灭细菌,过滤后积累的细菌还会在膜内繁殖,细菌和其代谢物会产生严重异味,影响水质。
因此,如何解决上述问题,是本实用新型要研究的内容。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的提供一种杀菌复合型滤芯,在过滤掉水中杂质的同时又能杀灭水中所含的细菌。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种杀菌复合型滤芯,包括壳体、上盖、膜芯及导流管;所述导流管的管壁上均布设有复数个过滤通孔;所述膜芯套设在所述导流管的管壁外侧,两者共同设置在所述壳体内;还包括玻璃套管及紫外灯管;所述玻璃套管固设在所述导流管内部的中轴位置上,所述紫外灯管设在所述玻璃套管内。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1、上述方案中,所述玻璃套管的上端套设有一密封套;所述玻璃套管经该密封套置入固定在所述导流管中。
2、上述方案中,所述密封套为硅胶套。
3、上述方案中,所述上盖内部设有电路控制装置,所述紫外灯管的插座导线与所述电路控制装置电连接。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、由于本实用新型在导流管内设置紫外灯管,该紫外灯管发出的紫外线波长可以破坏水体中的病毒、细菌及其他致病体,使其无法自身繁殖,达到杀菌的目的,杀菌率可达99.9%以上。
2、由于本实用新型在导流管内设置紫外灯管,对过滤、渗透后的水质进行紫外杀菌,使得该滤芯结构既能过滤掉水中的杂质,又能有效的杀灭细菌,设计合理,结构简单,且操作方便,使用安全。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例:
如图1所示,一种杀菌复合型滤芯,包括壳体1、上盖2、膜芯3及导流管4;所述导流管4的管壁上均布设有复数个过滤通孔;所述膜芯3套设在所述导流管4的管壁外侧,两者共同设置在所述壳体1内;还包括玻璃套管5及紫外灯管6;该玻璃套管5用来保护紫外灯管6。所述玻璃套管5固设在所述导流管4内部的中轴位置上,所述紫外灯管6设在所述玻璃套管5内。所述紫外灯管6的长度尽量与导流管4的长度相当,使得过滤后的水能够接受足够的紫外光辐射,杀灭水中的细菌和病毒。
所述玻璃套管5的上端套设有一密封套7;所述玻璃套管5经该密封套7置入固定在所述导流管4中。所述密封套7为硅胶套。所述导流管4上端端部的外缘面上设有密封凹槽(图中未示出),在该密封凹槽内嵌设O型密封圈10,与所述上盖2密封连接。
所述上盖2内部设有电路控制装置8,所述紫外灯管6的插座导线9与所述电路控制装置8电连接。所述电路控制装置8在上盖2内可以为一电源插头,其控制部分设置在上盖外部。该密封塞对紫外灯管6的重力起支撑作用。
从外部水阀流入的水经过膜芯3的过滤后,流入导流管4的内部,经紫外灯管6杀菌后流出。这样对过滤、渗透后的水质进行紫外杀菌,使得该滤芯结构既能过滤掉水中的杂质,又能有效的杀灭细菌,设计合理,结构简单,且操作方便,使用安全。

Claims (4)
1.一种杀菌复合型滤芯,包括壳体(1)、上盖(2)、膜芯(3)及导流管(4);所述导流管(4)的管壁上均布设有复数个过滤通孔;所述膜芯(3)套设在所述导流管(4)的管壁外侧,两者共同设置在所述壳体(1)内;其特征在于:还包括玻璃套管(5)及紫外灯管(6);所述玻璃套管(5)固设在所述导流管(4)内部的中轴位置上,所述紫外灯管(6)设在所述玻璃套管(5)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌复合型滤芯,其特征在于:所述玻璃套管(5)的上端套设有一密封套(7);所述玻璃套管(5)经该密封套(7)置入固定在所述导流管(4)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌复合型滤芯,其特征在于:所述密封套(7)为硅胶套。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌复合型滤芯,其特征在于:所述上盖(2)内部设有电路控制装置(8),所述紫外灯管(6)的插座导线(9)与所述电路控制装置(8)电连接。
