（二）        背景技术 
   目前，现有的酒、药品等很多假冒伪劣产品，严重损害了消费者的利益和正品生产厂家的利益，因此包装瓶的防伪技术有待提高。
（三）        发明内容 
    本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种防伪效果好、使用方便的扭断防伪瓶盖。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的： 
一种扭断防伪瓶盖，包括固定在瓶嘴上的固定套和盖在固定套上面的活动盖，其特征在于：该活动盖的外套下缘设有豁口，固定套的内套上安装嵌入豁口的防伪牙。
本实用新型的扭断防伪瓶盖，活动盖还包括固定在外套顶部的顶盖和固定在外套内部的内帽；固定套还包括固定在瓶体的瓶嘴上由外向内依次排列的装饰环、防伪牙，倒酒嘴和内塞，内套置于装饰环与倒酒嘴之间，内塞上部密封固定在倒酒嘴内侧、下部密封固定在瓶嘴内侧，倒酒嘴上部位于内帽内侧、下部焊接在内套内侧，内套固定在瓶嘴外侧。 
本实用新型的扭断防伪瓶盖，防伪牙设在内套的凸起台上部的外缘，所述内套的内侧与之接触面为止退筋面。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的扭断防伪瓶盖，使用方便，防伪效果好，外套与内套紧密结合使防伪牙与豁口形成防伪系统，达到防伪目的。瓶盖打开前，防伪牙嵌入豁口内，打开后防伪牙断裂，在拧上后由于防伪牙不能恢复原状，从而达到防伪目的。

附图为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括固定在瓶嘴上的固定套和盖在固定套上面的活动盖，该活动盖的外套2下缘设有豁口6，固定套的内套8上安装嵌入豁口6的防伪牙7，内套8上的防伪牙7与外套2的豁口6组合在一起形成防伪系统，内帽3有螺纹。活动盖还包括固定在外套2顶部的顶盖1和固定在外套2内部的内帽3；固定套还包括固定在瓶体的瓶嘴上由外向内依次排列的装饰环9、防伪牙7，倒酒嘴4和内塞5，内套8置于装饰环9与倒酒嘴4之间，内塞5上部密封固定在倒酒嘴4内侧、下部密封固定在瓶嘴内侧，倒酒嘴4上部位于内帽3内侧、下部焊接在内套8内侧，内套8固定在瓶嘴外侧。防伪牙7设在内套8的凸起台上部的外缘，防伪牙7与内套8是一体的，所述倒内套8的内侧与之接触面为止退筋面。
本发明的防伪是这样实现的： 
1.通过逆时针旋转将盖子的上半部分拉开，达到开启酒瓶的目的；
2.盖子的上半部分拉开后，防伪牙7断裂显示盖子已经打开。再次拧下时防伪牙7不能恢复原状，达到防伪目的。

1.一种扭断防伪瓶盖，包括固定在瓶嘴上的固定套和盖在固定套上面的活动盖，其特征在于：该活动盖的外套（2）下缘设有豁口（6），固定套的内套（8）上安装嵌入豁口（6）的防伪牙（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扭断防伪瓶盖，其特征在于：活动盖还包括固定在外套（2）顶部的顶盖（1）和固定在外套（2）内部的内帽（3）；固定套还包括固定在瓶体的瓶嘴上由外向内依次排列的装饰环（9）、防伪牙（7）、倒酒嘴（4）和内塞（5），内套（8）置于装饰环（9）与倒酒嘴（4）之间，内塞（5）上部密封固定在倒酒嘴（4）内侧、下部密封固定在瓶嘴内侧，倒酒嘴（4）上部位于内帽（3）内侧、下部焊接在内套（8）内侧，内套（8）固定在瓶嘴外侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的扭断防伪瓶盖，其特征在于：防伪牙（7）设在内套（8）的凸起台上部的外缘，所述内套（8）的内侧与之接触面为止退筋面。
