为了提高零件的到位检测精度,本实用新型提出零件到位检测机构。
为此,本实用新型的技术方案为:零件到位检测机构,包括接近开关,其特征在于:一个导向座内设有感应杆,接近开关连接在导向座的下端、感应杆的下端与接近开关相应,导向座内设有感应杆向上复位的复位弹簧,导向座的上端连接有压盖,一个支撑板压在感应杆的上端。
有益效果:本实用新型通过感应杆、支撑板与接近开关的结合,实现柔性接触,大幅提高检测精度。

如图1所示,零件到位检测机构,包括接近开关1,一个导向座2内设有感应杆3,接近开关1连接在导向座2的下端、感应杆3的下端与接近开关1相应,导向座内设有感应杆向上复位的复位弹簧4,导向座的上端连接有压盖5(对感应杆3起到限位作用),一个支撑板6压在感应杆3的上端。
如图1所示,本实用新型的工作原理:工件7直接压在支撑板6上,在工件的重力作用下,支撑板6下移,推动感应杆3,感应杆3的下端与接近开关1接触,接近开关1通过信号输出线1a实现信号输出。
