Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种消泡剂添加装置,其包括装有消泡剂的气顶油瓶和与气顶油瓶相连接的混浆罐,所述气顶油瓶设有进气口和出液口;所述气源从进气口通入;所述出液口通过导管与电动球阀的入口连接,所述电动球阀的出口通过导管与混浆罐的进口相连接,所述PID控制器根据流量计的传感信号控制电动球阀的开启程度,解决了人工手动控制添加消泡剂不能确保添加稳定性的技术问题。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种消泡剂添加装置,其包括装有消泡剂的气顶油瓶和与气顶油瓶相连接的混浆罐。
背景技术
固井施工作业时,由于水泥浆中应用了多种外加剂,导致配浆过程中产生泡沫,因而改变水泥浆密度及其它性能,造成现场施工,难以监测及控制水泥浆密度及性能,施工质量无法保证,甚至导致施工无法正常进行或失败。
此外,含气泡的水泥浆在井中将会改变液柱压力,高压地层中的流体将进入环空,使水泥环胶结质量及水泥环与套管和井壁间的胶结变差,甚至发生气(水)窜,所以此类水泥浆必须使用消泡剂除去泡沫,方可保证施工进行及施工质量。
传统消泡剂添加方式为人工手动控制,不能确保添加的稳定性,易导致水泥浆气泡时断时续地产生,影响密度地测量及控制,从而影响固井作业的质量。由于添加量的比例在千分之一左右,因此控制难度比较大,手动添加不均匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种消泡剂添加装置,PID控制器根据流量计的传感信号控制电动球阀的开启程度,解决了人工手动控制添加消泡剂不能确保添加稳定性的技术问题。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种消泡剂添加装置,其包括装有消泡剂的气顶油瓶和与气顶油瓶相连接的混浆罐,其特征在于:所述气顶油瓶设有进气口和出液口;所述气源从进气口通入;所述出液口通过导管与电动球阀的入口连接,所述电动球阀的出口通过导管与混浆罐的进口相连接。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进:
进一步,所述气源管和进气口之间设有减压阀。
进一步,还包括电控装置,具体包括流量计和PID控制器;所述PID控制器根据流量计的传感信号控制电动球阀的开启程度,所述流量计设置在所述出液口与所述电动球阀的入口之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过PID控制器根据流量计的传感信号控制电动球阀的开启程度,实现消泡剂被稳定添加,解决了人工手动控制添加消泡剂不能确保添加稳定性的技术问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1所示,一种消泡剂添加装置,其包括装有消泡剂的气顶油瓶4和与气顶油瓶4相连接的混浆罐9,其特征在于:所述气顶油瓶4设有进气口3和出液口5;所述进气口3通过导管与气源1相连接;所述出液口5通过导管与电动球阀7的入口连接,所述电动球阀7的出口通过导管与混浆罐的进口8相连接。
所述气源1和进气口3之间设有减压阀2,方便调节气顶油瓶4内的压力大小,从而可以调整消泡剂的最大流量。
如图2所示,为本实用新型的控制示意图,本实用新型还包括电控装置,具体包括流量计6和PID控制器;所述流量计6设置在所述出液口5与所述电动球阀7的入口之间;所述PID控制器根据流量计6的传感信号控制电动球阀7的开启程度。
气源1经过可调节的减压阀2流进气顶油瓶4,给气顶油瓶4内的消泡剂提供压力;当消泡剂受到的气压较大时,消泡剂从出液口5被压出,再经过流量计6和电动球阀7,进入混浆罐9;PID控制器采集流量计6的信号,控制电动球阀7的打开程度,从而控制进入混浆罐9的消泡剂的流量,实现了添加消泡剂的稳定性,消泡剂的流量还可以通过PID控制器设定为不同大小的值。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种消泡剂添加装置,其包括装有消泡剂的气顶油瓶(4)和与所述气顶油瓶(4)相连接的混浆罐(9),其特征在于:所述气顶油瓶(4)设有进气口(3)和出液口(5);所述进气口(3)通过导管与气源(1)相连接;所述出液口(5)通过导管与电动球阀(7)的入口相连接,所述电动球阀(7)的出口通过导管与所述混浆罐的进口(8)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种消泡剂添加装置,其特征在于:所述气源(1)和进气口(3)之间设有减压阀(2),所述减压阀(2)为可调减压阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种消泡剂添加装置,其特征在于:还包括电控装置,所述电控装置包括流量计(6)和PID控制器;所述PID控制器根据所述流量计(6)的传感信号控制所述电动球阀(7)的开启程度,所述流量计(6)设置在所述出液口(5)与所述电动球阀(7)的入口之间。
