背景技术
普通电缆在冰冻环境或低温天气下,通常变得僵硬,在拖拉、卷绕、弯曲、移动中都有可能出现损坏,特别是在-400C以下环境中使用时,常会出现脆化、开裂、断裂现象,严重影响其正常使用。

本实用新型目的在于针对以上问题,提供一种高电性能、高柔软,在-400C低温环境中移动、弯曲不出现脆化、开裂、破裂、段芯现象的抗损伤耐低温特种橡套软电缆。
本实用新型包括三股线芯,在所述三股线芯外侧依次设置线性低密度聚乙烯外隔离层和聚醚型聚氨酯外护套层;在所述三股线芯与线性低密度聚乙烯外隔离层之间设置填充层;每股所述的线芯分别包括组合导体,在所述组合导体外侧依次设置聚酯带内隔离层和蒸汽硫化三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层;所述组合导体包括相互绞合的镀锡铜丝束绞导体和在镀锡铜丝绞合中间添加的芳纶纤维,所述镀锡铜丝束绞导体以20倍节距比进行绞合。
本实用新型具有高电性能、高柔软性,能耐-400C低温的额定电压300/500V的橡套电缆,能够满足低温工况条件下的使用要求。

1.一种抗损伤耐低温特种橡套软电缆,其特征在于:包括三股线芯,在所述三股线芯外侧依次设置线性低密度聚乙烯外隔离层和聚醚型聚氨酯外护套层;在所述三股线芯与线性低密度聚乙烯外隔离层之间设置填充层;每股所述的线芯分别包括组合导体,在所述组合导体外侧依次设置聚酯带内隔离层和蒸汽硫化三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层;所述组合导体包括相互绞合的镀锡铜丝束绞导体和芳纶纤维,所述镀锡铜丝束绞导体以20倍节距比进行绞合。
