背景技术
石英晶体微天平(QCM)是一种新型传感器测量技术,它利用石英振子的频率变化与晶体表面的质量变化成正比的原理,可检测电极表面微小的质量变化及溶液粘度、密度、修饰膜粘弹性等参数的变化,具有灵敏度高,可以实时测量等特点,可作为在线跟踪监测微观过程变化的手段,在现代化学、材料科学、生物学和医学等方面开展微观过程和作用机理的探索研究,在很多应用领域呈现出良好的发展前景。
针对液相检测对象的石英晶体微天平(QCM)检测仪器,其核心部件是装有石英晶体片的检测池。在进行检测的实践中,根据不同检测对象,对其试样要求设定不同的测试温度条件,往往有高于室温的较高温度情况,因此需要对检测池和待测试样同步加热升温并保持精确恒温。然而,现有的石英晶体传感器检测池,由于石英晶体片直径较小,或者因为检测的需求,通常检测池的试样容积较小,一般为2-100微升。如此小的试样量,在加热过程中因为试样溶液的蒸发,极易导致其浓度显著变化甚至蒸发殆尽。现有的设计使这种检测手段受到局限,阻碍了这种检测装置的有效实现和应用发展。
实用新型内容
针对上述技术现状,本实用新型提供一种微孔防蒸发石英晶体传感器检测池,以克服上述加热时液体试样蒸发现象,增强这一检测手段的适应性。
为实现上述技术目的,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:微孔防蒸发石英晶体传感器检测池,包括壳体、USB插口、石英晶体片、密封圈、检测池壁、固定压板、检测池盖等,其特征是,USB插口安装在壳体一端,在壳体的空腔内安装密封圈,密封圈上面设置石英晶体片,石英晶体片的电极与USB插口的引线电连接,检测池壁安装于石英晶体片上面,固定压板压在检测池壁上部的凸缘,使检测池壁下缘的刃与石英晶体片密封接触,螺钉将固定压板紧固于壳体,在检测池壁上缘设置检测池盖,在该检测池盖上设置一微孔,该微孔使检测池盖的内外通透。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于在检测池盖上设置微孔,在检测作业时液体试样被加热,蒸汽可通过微孔溢出,不至于因压力过高而干扰测试结果,同时由于检测池盖的存在,能抑制液体试样迅速蒸发。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1至图7所示,微孔防蒸发石英晶体传感器检测池,包括壳体、USB插口1、石英晶体片8、密封圈7、检测池壁6、固定压板3、检测池盖5等,USB插口1安装在壳体2的一端,在壳体2的空腔内安装密封圈7,密封圈7上面设置石英晶体片8,石英晶体片8的电极与USB插口1的引线电连接,检测池壁6安装于石英晶体片8上面,固定压板3压在检测池壁6上部的凸缘,使检测池壁6下缘的刃与石英晶体片8密封接触,螺钉4将固定压板3紧固于壳体2,在检测池壁6上缘设置检测池盖5,在该检测池盖5上设置一微孔9,该微孔9使检测池盖5的内外通透。

1.微孔防蒸发石英晶体传感器检测池,包括壳体、USB插口、石英晶体片、密封圈、检测池壁、固定压板、检测池盖,其特征是,USB插口(1)安装在壳体(2)一端,在壳体(2)的空腔内安装密封圈(7),密封圈(7)上面设置石英晶体片(8),石英晶体片(8)的电极与USB插口(1)的引线电连接,检测池壁(6)安装于石英晶体片(8)上面,固定压板(3)压在检测池壁(6)上部的凸缘,使检测池壁(6)下缘的刃与石英晶体片(8)密封接触,螺钉(4)将固定压板(3)紧固于壳体(2),在检测池壁(6)上缘设置检测池盖(5),在该检测池盖(5)上设置一微孔(9),该微孔(9)使检测池盖(5)的内外通透。
