Abstract

本实用新型提供一种浸矿用搅拌桶,包括其内设空腔,空腔内设搅拌器,其壁上设进浆口、出浆口的封闭桶体,其特征在于封闭桶体底部设为锥底,且桶体上部设有多个气孔。可方便地使矿浆自下而上翻动、弹射,有效提高了矿浆在桶内的搅动力,保持了较高的浸矿效果,同时通过气孔的均匀进气,保持应有的大气压力,方便出浆。加上搅拌桶材料改设为聚丙烯材料,大大提高了搅拌桶的保温能力和抗磨损能力,使之具有较强的抗腐蚀性、绝缘性以及较高的耐热性,保证了桶体不会变形,提高了桶体的耐用性。

本实用新型涉及一种搅拌桶,特别是一种高温浸矿用搅拌桶,属于选矿设备设计制造技术领域。
背景技术
在湿法冶金中,需要使用搅拌桶来浸出矿浆中的有价元素,传统的高温、高压或加温酸浸过程中使用的浸矿搅拌桶,大都采用钢混结构及内衬瓷砖防腐,由于钢混结构的保温性能差,在矿浆搅拌过程中散热快,使得有价元素的浸出效果差,不仅浪费宝贵的矿产资源,而且浸出成本高。另外,当搅拌桶内部出现破损时,很难进行修补。因此有必要对现有技术加以改进。
发明内容
为解决现有浸矿搅拌桶保温性能差,浸出成本过高,以及搅拌桶破损难以修补等问题,本实用新型提供一种浸矿用搅拌桶。
本实用新型通过下列技术方案完成:一种浸矿用搅拌桶,包括其内设空腔,空腔内设搅拌器,其壁上设进浆口、出浆口的封闭桶体,其特征在于封闭桶体底部设为锥底,且桶体上部设有多个气孔,以便通过锥底的设置,有利于矿浆自下而上翻动、弹射,提高矿浆在桶内的搅动力,保持较高浸矿效果,同时通过气孔进气,保持应有的大气压力,以方便出浆。
所述封闭桶体的上部设置进浆口,进浆口上方设置进气孔,进浆口下方设置出浆口,出浆口上部的桶体空腔为气仓,进浆口设置在封闭桶体一侧,出浆口设置在封闭桶体另一侧。
所述封闭桶体为圆柱体,圆柱体底部与锥底外壁之间为气室,排气管下端穿过封闭桶体、锥底插入气室内,排气管上端穿过封闭桶体顶部向上延伸,以便排出气室内的气体,保障桶体安全,同时可用于检测桶底是否渗漏,杜绝因不能及时检测到渗漏而造成的环境污染。
所述封闭桶体为聚丙烯桶体,以通过聚丙烯材料提高保温能力和抗磨损能力。
所述封闭桶体内壁设有数圈径向加强筋或/和数根轴向加强筋,以便增加桶体的结构强度。
所述多个气孔沿封闭桶壁间隔设置一周,以便空气均匀进入封闭桶体内。
本实用新型具有下列优点和效果:采用上述方案,可方便地使矿浆自下而上翻动、弹射,有效提高了矿浆在桶内的搅动力,保持了较高的浸矿效果,同时通过气孔的均匀进气,保持应有的大气压力,方便出浆。加上搅拌桶材料改设为聚丙烯材料,大大提高了搅拌桶的保温能力和抗磨损能力,使之具有较强的抗腐蚀性、绝缘性以及较高的耐热性,保证了桶体不会变形,提高了桶体的耐用性。实为一理想的矿浆搅拌桶。

如图1,本实用新型提供的浸矿用搅拌桶,包括其内设空腔2,空腔2内设搅拌器4,其壁上设进浆口5、出浆口11的封闭桶体3,搅拌器4上端与电机8相连,封闭桶体3底部设有锥底1,封闭桶体3上部设有多个气孔6,通过锥底1的设置,有利于矿浆自下而上翻动、弹射,提高矿浆在封闭桶体3内的搅动力,保持较高浸矿效果,同时通过气孔6进气,保持应有的大气压力,而方便出浆;所述封闭桶体3的上部设置进浆口5,进浆口5上方设置进气孔6,进浆口5下方设置出浆口11,且进浆口5设置在封闭桶体3左侧,出浆口11设置在封闭桶体3右侧,从而在出浆口11上部的桶体空腔2形成气仓10;所述封闭桶体3为圆柱体,圆柱体底部与锥底1外壁之间为气室12,排气管9下端穿过封闭桶体3、锥底1插入气室13内,排气管9上端穿过封闭桶体3顶部向上延伸,以便排出气室13内的气体,保障桶体安全,同时可用于检测桶底是否渗漏,杜绝因不能及时检测到渗漏而造成的环境污染;所述封闭桶体3为聚丙烯桶体,以通过聚丙烯材料提高保温能力和抗磨损能力;所述封闭桶体3内壁设有数根轴向加强筋12,以便增加桶体的结构强度;所述多个气孔6沿封闭桶壁间隔设置一周,以便空气均匀进入封闭桶体3内,封闭桶体3顶部设有检修孔7,以方便检修人员进、出。

1.一种浸矿用搅拌桶,包括其内设空腔,空腔内设搅拌器,其壁上设进浆口、出浆口的封闭桶体,其特征在于封闭桶体底部设为锥底,且桶体上部设有多个气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浸矿用搅拌桶,其特征在于所述封闭桶体的上部设置进浆口,进浆口上方设置进气孔,进浆口下方设置出浆口,出浆口上部的桶体空腔为气仓,进浆口设置在封闭桶体一侧,出浆口设置在封闭桶体另一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浸矿用搅拌桶,其特征在于所述封闭桶体为圆柱体,圆柱体底部与锥底外壁之间为气室,排气管下端穿过封闭桶体、锥底插入气室内,排气管上端穿过封闭桶体顶部向上延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的浸矿用搅拌桶,其特征在于所述封闭桶体内壁设有数圈径向加强筋或/和数根轴向加强筋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的浸矿用搅拌桶,其特征在于所述多个气孔沿封闭桶体的桶壁间隔设置一周。
