背景技术
皮带运输机是一种在厂矿企业常用的运输设备。常用的皮带运输机包括滚筒和位于滚筒上的皮带,物料在皮带上随皮带的运动而实现物料的转移。皮带在滚筒上运行时常会出现“跑偏”现象,严重时会造成停产,影响了企业的正常生产。
发明内容
本实用新型是一种皮带跑偏纠正装置,由滚筒轴和滚筒本体组成,在滚筒本体两端设置弧形凹槽,两弧形凹槽槽底间距等于皮带宽度。

具体实施方式
皮带安装于本实用新型并张紧后如图1所示,皮带左右边缘恰好位于两弧形凹槽的槽底,如果皮带运行过程中发生跑偏,皮带左右边缘均需要从弧形凹槽的槽底往槽帮方向移动,皮带左右边缘在移动过程中所受张紧力会越来越大,在这种张紧力的作用下,皮带又会回到原来位置,实现皮带自动纠偏。
