Abstract
一种具避震结构的采血装置,具有内建击发单元的一本体与可置换的一取血针作为人类指尖或其他部位微血管采样之用,本体前端设有一可拆卸的前盖,且前盖是由一外壳体与一定位件相互套设而成,用以可滑动地容设取血针,还具有一避震结构设于定位件与外壳体之间。因此,当取血针被击发单元击发而移动时,取血针的前端碰撞到定位件的挡止部时会停止前进,并瞬间反转其移动方向,此时取血针前端碰撞定位件所产生的各方向震动能量,将大部分或全部会由避震结构吸收,因而用户采血时遭受的震幅大幅减少,进而使用者的疼痛感降到最低。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型与人体体表血液取样装置有关,特别是指一种具有避震结构的采血装置,能大幅降低取血针(Lancet)进入与退出人体体表皮肤过程中的震动,让使用者所遭受的疼痛感降到最低。
背景技术
糖尿病或慢性病患者在进行血液检验时,通常会利用一采血装置中的取血针去剌穿受测者的皮肤,使受测者流出少量血液后加以收集并进行检测,现有的采血装置通常具有一笔状的本体,一可置换的取血针及一可拆卸以利安装取血针的前盖,该取血针具有一针头,安置于该本体内部的移动机构上,在移动至定点时,该针头能够突出该前盖以刺穿受测者的皮肤达到一定深度后返回。
对于受测者而言,采血的过程越快速越能减轻受测者的心理负担与恐惧,因此,现有的采血装置会利用该本体内的击发单元的推杆来迅速击发该取血针,使该取血针能够快速地移动而突出该本体的前盖。然而,除了取血针高速穿过受测者皮肤所产生的痛楚之外,当取血针高速穿过受测者的皮肤到达最深处时,取血针与本体的定位件将会碰撞而产生最大震动,引致取血针会瞬间反转退出,也造成受刺者在取血针进入皮肤最深处感受到强烈的疼痛感,同时也会扩大受刺者被穿刺的伤口,对于伤口愈合能力较弱的老年人而言更是一大痛苦。
实用新型内容
有鉴于前述缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有避震结构的采血装置,通过避震结构能够吸收取血针在进出人体皮肤内及反转移动瞬间过程中所产生的震动,有效减轻受测者的疼痛感,也避免受测者所受穿刺伤口的扩大。
本实用新型提供一种具避震结构的采血装置,具有一本体与设于本体前端的一前盖,该前盖由一外壳体与一定位件设于该外壳体内部所组成,用以可滑动地容设一取血针,其特征在于,还具有一避震结构设于该定位件与该外壳体之间。
其中该避震结构环绕设于该定位件的外周面。
其中该避震结构为一中空弹性体。
其中该中空弹性体的材质选自橡胶或热塑性的软质材料。
其中该避震结构为至少一橡胶环设于该定位件外周面上沿着该取血针前进方向的前段。
其中该至少一橡胶环的数量为二个,且相间隔地设于该定位件外周面上沿着该取血针前进方向的前段与后段。
其中,该中空弹性体包覆于该定位件的外周面。
其中该中空弹性体是一体成型于该定位件。
其中该外壳体与该定位件是同轴设置,该外壳体具有一出针口,该定位件内部设有一滑动通道且连通该出针口,该滑动通道朝远离该出针口的方向依序设有一小径部、一锥形部以及一大径部。
本实用新型的有益效果是,其可使取血针的震动减小而达到接近无痛感的使用效果。

具体实施方式
请请参阅图1至图3A与图3B,本实用新型第一实施例所提供的采血装置10包含有一本体20、一取血针30以及避震结构40,要说明的是,以下描述所使用的方向是以一般人的认知所定义,也就是以取血针30突出本体20的方向为前方。
本体20是设成笔状,具有一身部,一可拆卸地组装于该身部前端的前盖,请参阅图2,该前盖具有一固定座22,一外壳体24套合于固定座22,以及一定位件26同轴设置于外壳体24内部,其中,外壳体24前端开设有一出针口241,该定位件26内部形成有连通该出针口241的一滑动通道28,且该出针口241与该滑动通道28是同轴地被设置。具体而言,该滑动通道28的横截面为圆形,朝远离该出针口241方向依序设有一挡止部281、一小径部282、一锥形部284以及一大径部286,其中该小径部282直径小于该大径部286,该挡止部281直径又小于该小径部282。
取血针30是可供用户置换的零件,具有一针头32与一针座34,针座34可滑动地容设于滑动通道28并受一内建于本体的击发单元驱动而前后移动,由于击发单元的具体结构并非本实用新型的重点,在此不作详述。
避震结构40在本实施例为橡胶(Rubber)或热塑性弹性材料(Thermoplastic Material)材质的一中空弹性体,环绕包覆该定位件26的外周面,使定位件26紧密配合于该外壳体24内部,位于定位件26内部的取血针30也能有效定位,并且在取血针30移动时提供均匀而平衡的避震效果。值得一提的是,前述中空弹性体也可以利用射出成型等制造方法直接一体成型于定位件上。
当用户利用本实用新型的采血装置10时,请参阅图2与图3A与图3B,用户操作击发单元而驱动取血针30朝向出针口241移动,取血针30的针座345的前端部341会先穿过滑动通道28的大径部286,并受到锥形部284的导引而顺势进入小径部282,之后取血针30沿着该小径部282的轴向而朝向出针口241继续推进,最后针座34前端部341顶抵于该挡止部281而停止,此时该针头32突出该出针口241,进而刺入并达到受测者皮肤的最深处。在取血针30的移动过程当中,针座34将会受到滑动通道28的引导,因此取血针30所产生径向部分的震动与动能将会传递到定位件26,最后由避震结构40所吸收。在取血针30前进到使其前端部341与挡止部281接触时,定位件26将阻止取血针30继续向前移动而产生巨大的碰撞,由于作用力及反作用力的原因,造成定位件26及取血针30产生大幅的震动能量,而此能量会由避震机构40所吸收,以致于使取血针30振动大幅减小,确保取血针的移动过程平顺,所以能大幅降低使用者所遭受的疼痛感,甚至接近无痛感的功效。补充说明的是,即使取血针30振动源是来自采血装置10的其他部位,例如来自击发单元,振动的能量仍将会传递到取血针30上,同样可以利用避震机构40加以吸收而达到减轻疼痛的效果。
请参阅图4为本实用新型第二实施例所提供的采血装置10,其结构大致于前述实施例相同,主要差异在于:避震结构40为二橡胶环41、42,该二橡胶环41、42相间隔的分别套设于定位件26外周面的前段与后段,同样能够提供良好的减震功效。
要补充说明的是,当取血针30的针座32移动到小径部282时,由于小径部282具有与针座34相近的截面尺寸,而且取血针30的针头32在此时也即将与人体皮肤接触,所以特别容易产生震动。对于本领域技术人员而言,可以轻易将前述橡胶环的数量减少为1个,并设置于定位件26的外周面的前段,同样能发挥避震功效,能针头32平顺地突出外壳体24的一出针口241,减少撞击的震动,同时降低使用者的疼痛感。
本实用新型通过避震结构的设置,可以吸收取血针快速移动与碰撞时所产生的机械能,大幅减少取血针在人体内部所产生的振动,本领域技术人员可以依实际需要而选用避震结构的结构与材质来达到调整阻尼值的目的,例如将避震结构改为环状排列的弹性柱以提供同样的使用效果。综合前述说明,本实用新型确实能免除使用者所惧怕的疼痛感,有利于采血作业的进行。
Claims (9)
1.一种具避震结构的采血装置,具有一本体与设于本体前端的一前盖,该前盖由一外壳体与一定位件设于该外壳体内部所组成,用以可滑动地容设一取血针,其特征在于,还具有一避震结构设于该定位件与该外壳体之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具避震结构的采血装置,其特征在于,其中该避震结构环绕设于该定位件的外周面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具避震结构的采血装置,其特征在于,其中该避震结构为一中空弹性体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具避震结构的采血装置,其特征在于,其中该中空弹性体的材质选自橡胶或热塑性的软质材料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的具避震结构的采血装置,其特征在于,其中该避震结构为至少一橡胶环设于该定位件外周面上沿着该取血针前进方向的前段。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具避震结构的采血装置,其特征在于,其中该至少一橡胶环的数量为二个,且相间隔地设于该定位件外周面上沿着该取血针前进方向的前段与后段。
7.根据权利要求3所述的具避震结构的采血装置,其特征在于,其中,该中空弹性体包覆于该定位件的外周面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具避震结构的采血装置,其特征在于,其中该中空弹性体是一体成型于该定位件。
9.根据权利要求1至8其中任一项所述的具避震结构的采血装置,其特征在于,其中该外壳体与该定位件是同轴设置,该外壳体具有一出针口,该定位件内部设有一滑动通道且连通该出针口,该滑动通道朝远离该出针口的方向依序设有一小径部、一锥形部以及一大径部。
