本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别涉及一种电力传输电缆,尤其适合在海上钻井平台和石油矿井上的应用。 
背景技术
电缆是由一根或多根相互绝缘的导体外包敷绝缘层和保护层制成,是将电力或信息从一处传输到另一处的导线,电缆导体的传输性能是电缆中最为核心的部分。 
电缆导体的作用包括:传输电能、传输信号、电能和磁能转换。对于电能传输,最重要的因素是电阻。对于信号传输,最重要的因素是衰减。对于电能与磁能转换,最重要的因素是磁滞。电缆的机械性能中,伸长率、抗拉强度、弹性极限、疲劳极限、弯曲性能等也是决定电缆使用价值大小的重要因素。 
  在行业内用于石油上的电缆的导体一股采用钢丝,存在电阻大、信号衰减以及磁滞现象等技术问题,严重的影响电缆的电气性能。另外,用于海上的电缆对防水要求、拉力性能也十分严格。 
发明内容
   鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种电力传输电缆,该电缆采用双层护套的技术方案,导体采用钢丝和铜丝混合绞合束丝,克服了现有技术存在的不足。 
    本实用新型为实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种电力传输电缆,包括在导体外依次设有的内填充油、绝缘层和外护套,其特征在于:还包括内护层,所述导体由钢丝和铜丝混合绞合成束构成,在绝缘层和外护套之间加了一层内护层。 
本实用新型具有的有益效果是:采用双层护套的技术方案,护套和内护层组成电缆的两层护套结构,使电缆的绝缘和隔绝能力加强。导体采用钢丝和铜丝混合绞合束丝,具有电阻小、衰减少、磁滞小、拉力大等优点。同时导体与护套之间充油,加强了电缆防水性,两层护套层更保证了电缆的绝缘性同时起到防水的作用。

具体实施方式
一种电力传输电缆,包括在导体2外依次设有的内填充油1、绝缘层3和外护套5,还包括内护层4,导体2由钢丝和铜丝混合绞合成束构成,在绝缘层3和外护套5之间加了一层内护层4。绝缘层3和内护层4均采用聚氯乙烯材料。外护套5采用聚氨酯材料。 
实用新型的制造过程:先将钢丝和铜丝绞成小束,然后再将小束按正规绞合的方式复合绞制成导体2,再在导体2外面挤出绝缘层3,在挤出绝缘层3的过程中将导体1浸油,形成内填充油1,然后在绝缘层3外挤出内护层4,最后在内护层4外通过挤出机挤出护套5。

1.一种电力传输电缆,包括在导体(2)外依次设有的内填充油(1)、绝缘层(3)和外护套(5),其特征在于:还包括内护层(4),所述导体(2)由钢丝和铜丝混合绞合成束构成,在绝缘层(3)和外护套(5)之间加了一层内护层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力传输电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层(3)和内护层(4)采用聚氯乙烯材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力传输电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套(5)采用聚氨酯材料。
