技术领域
本实用新型涉及换热器等筒体上用于安装温度计的温度计套管。 
背景技术
为了监测换热器筒体等设备内部的温度,其筒体上通常需要安装温度计。温度计通常安装在换热器筒体上的温度计套管中。由于大型换热器上的温度计较长,因此其上的温度计套管也相应较长,一般可达400mm以上。为了制作方便,温度计套管为分段式,其结构包括:套管本体,套管本体包括:上段套管本体和下段套管本体,下段套管本体的整个顶部管壁和上段套管本体的整个底部管壁分别形成焊接坡口,下段套管本体的顶部管壁和上段套管本体的底部管壁之间相互焊接。上述结构的分段式温度计套管的缺点在于:下段套管本体的顶部管壁和上段套管本体的底部管壁相互焊接后,在焊接完成的套管本体的内壁上会存在焊瘤,焊瘤容易对放置在套管本体内的温度计造成损伤。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种结构简单、避免产生焊瘤对温度计造成损伤的分段式温度计套管。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:分段式温度计套管,包括:套管本体,套管本体包括:下段套管本体和上段套管本体,上段套管本体的底部管壁上的内侧设置有向下凸出的凸块,凸块外侧的上段套管本体的底部管壁形成焊接坡口,下段套管本体的顶部管壁上的内侧设置有凹槽,凹槽外侧的下段套管本体的顶部管壁形成焊接坡口,上段套管本体的底部管壁上的凸块与下段套管本体的顶部管壁上的凹槽相互卡合,上段套管本体底部管壁上凸块外侧的焊接坡口与下段套管本体顶部管壁上凹槽外侧的焊接坡口之间相互焊接。 
本实用新型的优点是:由于上段套管本体底部管壁上内侧的凸块与下段套管本体顶部管壁上内侧的凹槽相卡合,这样焊接完成后的套管本体内壁上就不会存在焊瘤,从而有效避免放置在套管内的温度计受到损伤。

如图1、图2所示,分段式温度计套管,包括:套管本体1,套管本体1包括:上段套管本体2和下段套管本体3,上段套管本体2的底部管壁上的内侧设置有向下凸出的凸块21,凸块21外侧的上段套管本体2的底部管壁形成焊接坡口,下段套管本体3的顶部管壁上的内侧设置凹槽31,凹槽31外侧的下段套管本体3的顶部管壁形成焊接坡口,上段套管本体2的底部管壁上的凸块21与下段套管本体3的顶部管壁上的凹槽31相互卡合,上段套管本体2底部管壁上凸块21外侧的焊接坡口与下段套管本体3顶部管壁上凹槽31外侧的焊接坡口之间相互焊接。 
本实用新型的优点是:由于上段套管本体2底部管壁上内侧的凸块21与下段套管本体3顶部管壁上内侧的凹槽31相卡合,这样焊接完成后的套管本体1的内壁上就不会存在焊瘤,从而有效避免放置在套管本体1内的温度计受到损伤。

1.分段式温度计套管,包括:套管本体,套管本体包括:上段套管本体和下段套管本体,其特征在于:上段套管本体的底部管壁上的内侧设置有向下凸出的凸块,凸块外侧的上段套管本体的底部管壁形成焊接坡口,下段套管本体的顶部管壁上的内侧设置有凹槽,凹槽外侧的下段套管本体的顶部管壁形成焊接坡口,上段套管本体的底部管壁上的凸块与下段套管本体的顶部管壁上的凹槽相互卡合,上段套管本体底部管壁上凸块外侧的焊接坡口与下段套管本体顶部管壁上凹槽外侧的焊接坡口之间相互焊接。
