技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种管道燃气自动关闭阀,尤其涉及一种压力超高、超低或意外漏气自动关闭阀, 
背景技术:
目前,我们所知道的燃气自劢关闭阀,约有二种,一种是:逆向自动关闭阀,其缺点是:压力超高未能有效的自动关闭,使用比较危险;另一种是:顺向自动关闭阀,其缺点是:压力超高自动关闭后,需要人工再次启动方能够正常使用,使用比较麻烦。另是,上述两种自动关闭阀,都不能控制供气流量,给不良用户私下连接流量过大的燃气设备使用,会带来各种安全稳患,又不利于管道燃气公司按照计划供气的管理工作。 
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供的一种压力超高、超低或意外漏气自动关闭阀,其优点:既方便使用,又可调节用户供气流量,防止不良用户私下连接流量过大的燃气设备使用,会带来各种安全稳患,同时,又有利于管道燃气公司按照计划供气的管理工作。 
技术方案: 
根据上述目的:本实用新型提供的一种压力超高、超低或意外漏气自动关闭阀,它包括下壳体与上壳体;在上壳体与上壳体之间夹紧一张橡胶膜片;其特征是:在橡胶膜片的正中心位置处,装设一条圆锥体调节拉杆;把一条启动拉杆插入上壳体内端,又套入一条设定长度和设定压力的压力弹簧,然后与圆锥体调节拉杆上方紧固连接;在圆锥体调节拉杆的底下,装紧一块衔铁片与下壳体中心处的永磁铁对准相配合;在永磁铁上方压紧一个阀芯顶杆支撑架,并在阀芯顶杆支撑架中,装设阀杆导向通孔;上壳体具有相互连通的进气通道、压力超低关闭阀座、燃气压力腔室、压力超高关闭阀座、出气连接头;把压力超低控制阀杆插入压力超低关闭阀座与阀杆导向通孔中,一端装设压力超低自动关闭弹力阀芯与压力超低关闭阀座对准相配合,另一端的圆滑头与圆锥体调节拉杆顶着相配;把压力超高控制阀杆插入阀杆导向通孔中,一端装设一个压力超高自动关闭顶力阀芯与压力超高关闭阀座对准相配合,另一端的圆滑头与 圆锥体调节拉杆顶着相配;为了方使管道燃公司的管理,和防上用户私自连接超大流量的燃气设备使用,在进气通道前方适当位置处,还装设一个可以锁死的可调式进气流量阀,所述的控制流量阀,它由一个可调式阀芯与阀座压紧或套紧相配合;在可调式进气流量阀芯的上方装设一个,活动启闭式防偷气罩盖,并通过铅块锁死。 
有益效果: 
本实用新型提供的一种压力超高、超低或意外漏气自动关闭阀,有益效果是:结构简单,具有意外漏气自动关闭燃气功能、压力超低或停气自动关闭燃气功能、压力超高自动关闭燃气功能、还有可以根据用户实际购买燃气流量进行供气,方便管理又可防患于未然。

具体实施方式:
(图1所示),本实用新型提供的一种压力超高、超低或意外漏气自动关闭阀,它包括下壳体(1)与上壳体(2);在上壳体(1)与上壳体(2)之间夹紧一张橡胶膜片(3);其特征是:在橡胶膜片(3)的正中心位置处,装设一条圆锥体调节拉杆(4);把一条启动拉杆(5)插入上壳体内端,又套入一条设定长度和设定压力的压力弹簧(6),然后与圆锥体调节拉杆(4)上方紧固连接;在圆锥体调节拉杆(4)的底下,装紧一块衔铁片(7)与下壳体中心处的永磁铁(8)对准相配合;在永磁铁(8)上方压紧一个阀芯顶杆支撑架(9),并在阀芯顶杆支撑架(9)中,装设阀杆导向通孔(10)、(11)、(12);上壳体(1)具有相互连通的进气通道(13)、压力超低关闭阀座(14)、燃气压力腔室(15)、压力超高关闭阀座(16)、出气连接头(17);把压力超低控制阀杆(18)插入 压力超低关闭阀座(14)与阀杆导向通孔(10)中,一端装设压力超低自动关闭弹力阀芯(19)与压力超低关闭阀座(14)对准相配合,另一端的圆滑头(20)与圆锥体调节拉杆(4)顶着相配;把压力超高控制阀杆(21)插入阀杆导向通孔(12)与(11)中,一端装设一个压力超高自动关闭顶力阀芯(22)与压力超高关闭阀座(16)对准相配合,另一端的圆滑头(23)与圆锥体调节拉杆(4)顶着相配;为了方使管道燃公司的管理,和防上用户私自连接超大流量的燃气设备使用,在进气通道(13)前方适当位置处,还装设一个可以锁死的可调式进气流量阀(24),所述的控制流量阀(24),它由一个可调式阀芯(25)与阀座(26)压紧或套紧相配合;在可调式进气流量阀芯(25)的上方装设一个,活动启闭式防偷气罩盖(27),并通过铅块(28)锁死。 
使用说明及工作原理: 
(图1所示)在使用时,先把该阀进气通道(13)端,装紧在进户燃气源管道上,出气连接头(17)端连接燃气炉灶或热水器,然后,上拉启动拉杆(5)带动圆锥体调节拉杆(4)顶着压力超低控制阀杆(18),推开压力超低自动关闭弹力阀芯(19),此时,燃气压力腔室(15)中产生设定气压,橡胶膜片(3)往上运动至设定长度的压力弹簧(6)处,燃气即可正常畅通。 
(如图2所示),当停气、压力超低、或意外爆管或脱管漏气时,燃气压力腔室(15)中气压超低或没有气压,在下壳体(1)中心处的永磁体(8)与圆锥体调节拉杆(4)底下的衔铁片(7)吸力的作用下,橡胶膜片(3)往下降,压力超低自动关闭弹力阀芯(19)立即关闭压力超低关闭阀座(14)。 
(如图3所示),当户外调压阀调压失控,进户气压大于设定安全用气压值时,橡胶膜片(3)不断上涨带动圆锥体调节拉杆(4)继续上行,推动压力超高自动关闭顶力阀芯(22)关闭压力超高关闭阀座(16)。

1.一种压力超高、超低或意外漏气自动关闭阀,它包括下壳体(1)与上壳体(2);在上壳体(1)与上壳体(2)之间夹紧一张橡胶膜片(3);其特征是:在橡胶膜片(3)的正中心位置处,装设一条圆锥体调节拉杆(4);把一条启动拉杆(5)插入上壳体内端,又套入一条设定长度和设定压力的压力弹簧(6),然后与圆锥体调节拉杆(4)上方紧固连接;在圆锥体调节拉杆(4)的底下,装紧一块衔铁片(7)与下壳体中心处的永磁铁(8)对准相配合;在永磁铁(8)上方压紧一个阀芯顶杆支撑架(9),并在阀芯顶杆支撑架(9)中,装设阀杆导向通孔(10、11、12);上壳体(1)具有相互连通的进气通道(13)、压力超低关闭阀座(14)、燃气压力腔室(15)、压力超高关闭阀座(16)、出气连接头(17);把压力超低控制阀杆(18)插入压力超低关闭阀座(14)与阀杆导向通孔(10)中,一端装设压力超低自动关闭弹力阀芯(19)与压力超低关闭阀座(14)对准相配合,另一端的圆滑头(20)与圆锥体调节拉杆(4)顶着相配;把压力超高控制阀杆(21)插入阀杆导向通孔(12)与(11)中,一端装设一个压力超高自动关闭顶力阀芯(22)与压力超高关闭阀座(16)对准相配合,另一端的圆滑头(23)与圆锥体调节拉杆(4)顶着相配;在进气通道(13)前方适当位置处,还装设一个可以锁死的可调式进气流量阀(24),所述的控制流量阀(24),它由一个可调式阀芯(25)与阀座(26)压紧或套紧相配合;在可调式进气流量阀芯(25)的上方装设一个,活动启闭式防偷气罩盖(27),并通过铅块(28)锁死。
