背景技术
目前，发泡水泥保温板在加工生产过程中需要用到多种原料和多种设备，例如：需要进行配料、称量、运输传送、混合搅拌，在传统的生产工艺中，在发泡水泥半的原料在称量中存在多种问题，由于原料种类多，所以在配料的过程中容易出现差错，同时也存在计量不准确且噪音大等现象影响产品质量和生产效率。

一种发泡水泥保温板配料装置，包括支架，其特征在于：所述支架上安装有多个料仓，所述各个料仓的下端设有出料口，所述各个出料口分别连接具有多个进料口的配料秤供料螺旋，所述配料秤供料螺旋的下料口分别对准配料秤秤斗，所述配料秤秤斗安装在称量平台上，所述料仓的下料口处固定安装有大料仓活化振动器，所述料仓出料口处固定安装有大料仓闸阀。
所述配料秤秤斗的侧壁上连通抽尘管道。
本实用新型将待配料的多种原料分别装在不同的原料仓内，在各个原料仓的下端分别连接配料秤供料螺旋，这样在配料秤供料螺旋的作用下，将各个不同的原料同时添加到螺旋供料管道内，送入到配料秤内进行称量，且在配料秤的侧壁上设有抽尘管道防止灰尘。
