本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括前鞋底、鞋袢、后鞋底、联接杆、伸缩孔、止退环和止退槽。鞋袢设置在前鞋底上，在前鞋底和后鞋底中均开设有若干条纵向的伸缩孔，前后伸缩孔相互对应，在前后伸缩孔的孔壁上均设置有若干道止退槽。在联接杆的前后端均设置有与伸缩孔中的止退槽相配合的止退环，各个联接杆的前端分别插入前鞋底的各个伸缩孔中，前伸缩孔中的止退槽与联接杆前端的止退环配合。各个联接杆的后端分别插入后鞋底的各个伸缩孔中，后伸缩孔中的止退槽与联接杆后端的止退环配合。使用时，根据脚部的大小，将前鞋底和后鞋底沿联接杆前后分开，并通过伸缩孔中的止退槽与联接杆上的止退环定位即可。

在图1、图2、图3、图4中，鞋袢2设置在前鞋底1上，在前鞋底1和后鞋底3中均开设有若干条纵向的伸缩孔5，前后伸缩孔5相互对应，在前后伸缩孔5的孔壁上均设置有若干道止退槽7。在联接杆4的前后端均设置有与伸缩孔5中的止退槽7相配合的止退环6，各个联接杆4的前端分别插入前鞋底1的各个伸缩孔5中，前伸缩孔5中的止退槽7与联接杆4前端的止退环6配合。各个联接杆4的后端分别插入后鞋底3的各个伸缩孔5中，后伸缩孔5中的止退槽7与联接杆4后端的止退环6配合。使用时，根据脚部的大小，将前鞋底1和后鞋底3沿联接杆4前后分开，并通过伸缩孔5中的止退槽7与联接杆4上的止退环6定位即可。
