技术领域
本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池技术领域,具体涉及铅酸蓄电池内化成充放电领域中一种内化成用水冷系统。
背景技术
电池内化成工序是铅酸蓄电池的生产过程中一道重要工序,而蓄电池在化成过程中的温度控制和局部温度一致性对电池的质量要求又起着重要作用。 
传统的密封铅酸蓄电池内化成槽采用管道水循环冷却化成槽中的水温,所谓管道水循环冷却就是在化成槽底部并排安装几根不同长度的进水管,采取分段打孔出水的方式来完成冷热水的循环,但是这种水循环装置需要的管道多,每根长度不一样的水管需要的进水压力也不一样,所以不容易控制水压,易造成进水不均匀,从而导致化成槽中的水温冷却不均匀,对电池化成充电质量带来影响。
实用新型内容
 本实用新型为了解决上述问题提供了一种铅酸蓄电池内化成用水冷系统,该系统解决了现有铅酸蓄电池内化成槽工作效率低,槽内水流循环不畅问题。 
本实用新型技术解决方案:
   一种铅酸蓄电池内化成用水冷系统, 包括槽体和安装在槽体底部的滚道,所述滚道上安装有滚轮,滚轮上方设置有电池托盘,所述电池托盘下方设置有进水管,其特征在于:所述进水管上分别连接有三根分水管,所述分水管上设置有喷水孔,所述槽体一侧还设置有导水槽。
所述分水管呈一字型分布在槽体底部。
所述滚道有两条,所述进水管与分水管设置在两条滚道之间。
所述槽体由四块挡板焊接而成,所述位于导水槽一侧的槽体挡板低于另一侧挡板,所述导水槽下部设置有出水管。
所述槽体内还设置有出水管。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型通过对进水管道的改造,使得槽体内水冷系统结构合理,方便实用,而且能快速降低槽内水温,且节省水管及降低进水水压易于操作。本实用新型化成槽挡板一侧高一侧低,当化成槽内外温度较高,打开进水阀门,化成槽内的水高于挡板就会流入旁边导水槽中,而不会溢出或淹没电池,大大提高了操作的安全性与便捷性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图具体说明本实用新型。
如图1、2所示,一种铅酸蓄电池内化成用水冷系统, 包括槽体1、滚道2、电池托盘3和导水槽4,滚道2有两条平行地固定在槽体1底部,滚道2上安装有滚轮8,滚轮8上方设置有电池托盘3,电池托盘3下方设置有进水管5,进水管5上分别连接有三根分水管,分水管呈一字型分布在槽体1底部,分水管上设置有喷水孔7,进水管与分水管位于两条滚道之间,槽体1一侧还设置有导水槽4。
槽体1由四块挡板焊接而成,位于导水槽4一侧的槽体挡板低于另一侧挡板,导水槽4下部设置有出水管6,槽体1内也设置有出水管6。
将加好酸的电池放在托盘上,按要求摆放在化成槽内的滚道上,化成槽内摆满电池后,打开进水管阀门向化成槽体中注水,当化成槽内放满水关闭进水阀门,按工艺要求对蓄电池进行充放电,当化成槽内水温度超出工艺要求时,再次打开进水阀门,化成槽内的水面超过槽体一侧挡板时,化成槽内的水会沿溢水口处翻流到导水槽内,从而达到化成槽内水的循环交替,当化成槽内的水温达到要求时,关闭进水阀门,流入到导水槽的热水,将通过导水槽底部的排水管排到冷却池内冷却,当充放电工艺流程结束后,打开排水阀,将化成槽内的水排出化成槽,移出化成槽内的蓄电池。
    综上,本实用新型达到预期目的。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池内化成用水冷系统, 包括槽体和安装在槽体底部的滚道,所述滚道上安装有滚轮,滚轮上方设置有电池托盘,所述电池托盘下方设置有进水管,其特征在于:所述进水管上分别连接有三根分水管,所述分水管上设置有喷水孔,所述槽体一侧还设置有导水槽。
2.如权利要求1所述一种铅酸蓄电池内化成用水冷系统,其特征在于:所述分水管呈一字型分布在槽体底部。
3.如权利要求1所述一种铅酸蓄电池内化成用水冷系统,其特征在于:所述滚道有两条,所述进水管与分水管设置在两条滚道之间。
4.如权利要求1所述一种铅酸蓄电池内化成用水冷系统,其特征在于:所述槽体由四块挡板焊接而成,所述位于导水槽一侧的槽体挡板低于另一侧挡板,所述导水槽下部设置有出水管。
