本实用新型公开了一种接入式伴生气回收装置，是为解决阀芯阀座的冻堵问题、完全回收伴生气而设计的。本装置阀体垂直插装固定在输油管道中；阀体下端连接下压帽，中部筒壁上设有径向的排气孔，上端连接设有调节轮的上压帽，上压帽下方的阀体侧壁上设有压力表；阀体内设有阀座，阀座下端连接下压帽，上端接触上压帽；阀座上部密封设有连接调节轮的调压活塞和对应压力表的传压侧孔，内台阶处密封设有传压活塞，传压活塞下端依次连接套装弹簧的弹簧座和阀托，阀托下端设有阀球。本装置设在输油管道中工作，可借助现场原油的热量伴热，从而完全解决气体释放时吸热及冬季定压放气阀冻堵的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种接入式伴生气回收装置，属于采油工程技术领域。
背景技术
目前，国内油田伴生气回收工艺主要采用地面回收技术，主要是井口定压阀集气混输。定压阀在气体释放时吸热，冬季保温性能差，阀芯阀座常因冻堵而无法使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种接入式伴生气回收装置，以解决阀芯阀座的冻堵问题，达到完全回收伴生气的目的。
本实用新型的具体技术内容如下：
本装置阀体垂直插装固定在采油树中；阀体下端连接下压帽，中部筒壁上设有径向的排气孔，上端连接设有调节轮的上压帽，上压帽下方的阀体侧壁上设有压力表；阀体内设有阀座，阀座下端连接下压帽，上端接触上压帽；阀座上部密封设有连接调节轮的调压活塞和对应压力表的传压侧孔，内台阶处密封设有传压活塞，传压活塞下端依次连接套装弹簧的弹簧座和阀托，阀托下端设有阀球。
本装置设在采油树中工作，可借助现场原油的热量伴热，从而完全解决气体释放时吸热及冬季定压放气阀冻堵的问题。

具体实施方式
实施例：
参照图1和2对本实用新型的实施例进一步说明：
本装置主要包括调节轮1、上压帽2、调压活塞3、传压活塞4、弹簧座5、排气孔6、阀托7、阀球8、阀座9、下压帽10、压力表11和阀体12；
阀体12垂直插装并焊接在采油树13中。阀体12下端内螺纹连接下压帽10，中部筒壁上设有径向的排气孔6，上端外螺纹连接设有调节轮1的上压帽2，上压帽2下方的阀体12侧壁上设有压力表11。阀体12内设有阀座9，阀座9下端内螺纹连接下压帽10，上端接触上压帽2。阀座9上部密封设有连接调节轮1的调压活塞3和对应压力表11的传压侧孔，内台阶处密封设有传压活塞4，传压活塞4下端依次连接套装弹簧的弹簧座5和阀托7，阀托7下端设有阀球8。
如图2所示，本装置A在实际使用中插装在采油树13中，原油从阀体12上的径向排气孔6流过，可达到伴热防冻的作用。本装置A工作前要设定一压力值，即转动调节轮1，通过调压活塞3将压力作用于筒内的液压油，压强由外设的压力表11显示，同时，压强由传压活塞4、弹簧座5和阀托7传递到阀球8上，压力设定完成。当气体进入下压帽10内且压力等于设定压力时即推动阀球8，开启排气孔6，将伴生气混输到生产流程中，完全回收伴生气。

本装置阀体(12)垂直插装固定在输油管道(13)中；阀体(12)下端连接下压帽(10)，中部筒壁上设有径向的排气孔(6)，上端连接设有调节轮(1)的上压帽(2)，上压帽(2)下方的阀体(12)侧壁上设有压力表(11)；阀体(14)内设有阀座(9)，阀座(9)下端连接下压帽(10)，上端接触上压帽(2)；阀座(9)上部密封设有连接调节轮(1)的调压活塞(3)和对应压力表(11)的传压侧孔，内台阶处密封设有传压活塞(4)，传压活塞(4)下端依次连接套装弹簧的弹簧座(5)和阀托(7)，阀托(7)下端设有阀球(8)。
