背景技术
双耳铰是一种在固定和承重装置领域，特别是挖掘机领域中应用十分广泛的零件，其市场需求量大；合格的双耳铰要求其内孔与两外侧面、槽内侧面垂直度小于0.2 mm，但是实际生产中对于双耳铰垂直度测量往往比较复杂，需要用昂贵的专业垂直度测量仪进行繁琐的测量，测量成本高，测量效率低。

本实用新型主要针对现有技术不足，提供一种用于测量双耳铰垂直度的芯棒。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种双耳铰垂直度测量芯棒，所述芯棒为圆形柱体，芯棒两端端面对应棒体中心轴线处各设有一中心孔。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是：所述芯棒是圆台形状，较小一端为通规，较大一端为止规。
本实用新型更进一步改进方案是：所述芯棒通规与止规之间的棒体上有环形凹槽。
本实用新型提供一种结构简单、可靠实用的垂直度测量芯棒，测量时只需要进行简单操作就可以快速测处垂直度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作出进一步说明。
一种双耳铰垂直度测量芯棒，所述芯棒为圆形柱体，芯棒两端端面对应棒体中心轴线处各设有一中心孔1，便于固定在偏摆检测仪上；所述芯棒是圆台形状，较小一端为通规2，较大一端为止规3，被测工件从通规套入，不易从芯棒上滑落；所述芯棒通规与止规之间的棒体上有环形凹槽4，便于垂直尺测量侧壁的垂直度。
使用时，把芯棒穿过双耳铰两内孔，将芯棒装在偏摆仪检查仪上，然后把垂直尺平放在偏摆仪检查仪底座上，垂直尺竖直部分与双耳铰内侧壁或外侧壁贴近，若垂直尺竖直部分与侧壁完全接触无间隙，则测得此侧面垂直度合格，若垂直尺竖直部分与侧壁不完全接触有间隙，则测得此侧面垂直度不合格。

1.一种双耳铰垂直度测量芯棒，其特征在于：所述芯棒为圆形柱体，芯棒两端端面对应棒体中心轴线处各设有一中心孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双耳铰垂直度测量芯棒，其特征在于：所述芯棒是圆台形状，较小一端为通规，较大一端为止规。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双耳铰垂直度测量芯棒，其特征在于：所述芯棒通规与止规之间的棒体上有环形凹槽。
