背景技术:
现有的轴承滚道在超精加工时,采用一个电机带动超精振荡装置上的油石对轴承工件进行超精加工,其不足之处是:1、它所采用的电机为低频变频电机,低频变频电机转速较小,加工出来的工件的圆度形状、粗糙度、直线度形状等相关技术参数有行进一步提高。2、它的超精振荡装置的移动采用汽缸驱动,汽缸驱动超精振荡装置精度较差,影响加工出来的产品的质量,有待进一步提高。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供进口磨料超精磨床,它采用高频变频电机带动超精振荡装置,超精振荡装置采用精确移动,加工出来的轴承内圈和外圈的圆度形状、粗糙度、直线度形状等技术指标更好,提高了产品的质量。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下:

实施例:见图1、2所示,进口磨料超精磨床,包括机架1和超精振荡装置2,电机3带动超精振荡装置2的振荡轴21上固定的油石22转动,电机3为高频变频电机,超精振荡装置2固定在升降拖板4上,升降拖板4插套在升降滑线导轨5上,升降螺母6固定在升降拖板4上,升降伺服电机7固定在平移拖板8上,升降伺服电机7的转轴上固定有升降丝杆9,升降丝杆9螺接在升降螺母6上;
平移拖板8插套在平移滑线导轨10上,平移滑线导轨10固定在机架1上,平移伺服电机11固定在机架1上,平移伺服电机11的转轴上固定有平移丝杆12,平移丝杆12螺接在平移螺母13上,平移螺母13固定在平移拖板8上;无心电磁夹具14安装在机架1上,工件15通过磁力吸附在无心电磁夹具14上,油石22对着工件15的滚道。
工作原理:电机3采用高频变频电机能更快速带动油石22对工件15进行超精磨,这样有助于提高超精磨的质量。超精振荡装置2通过丝杆螺母精确驱动,使得加工出来的轴承内圈和外圈的圆度形状、粗糙度、直线度形状等技术指标更好,提高了产品的质量。本实用新型的油石22采用国外进口磨料。

平移拖板(8)插套在平移滑线导轨(10)上,平移滑线导轨(10)固定在机架(1)上,平移伺服电机(11)固定在机架(1)上,平移伺服电机(11)的转轴上固定有平移丝杆(12),平移丝杆(12)螺接在平移螺母(13)上,平移螺母(13)固定在平移拖板(8)上;无心电磁夹具(14)安装在机架(1)上,工件(15)通过磁力吸附在无心电磁夹具(14)上,油石(22)对着工件(15)的滚道。
