一种电动机智能安保装置，包括低压电动机，还包括连接在低压电动机上的低压电动机保护器、智能控制模块，所述低压电动机保护器的一端连接RS485通信模块的输出端，另一端与操作后台连接；所述智能控制模块具有两个输出端和一个输入端，其中一个输出端连接RS485通信模块，另一个输出端连接液晶显示模块，智能控制模块的输入端连接信号采集模块。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案，所述信号采集模块通过传感器采集信号。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案，所述传感器安装在低压电机上。
其工作原理为：本实用新型通过传感器将低压电机的故障信号采集，传递给智能控制模块进行处理，所述智能控制模块内含有单片机，将处理后的信号传递给RS485通信模块，然后作用给低压电动机保护器，从而实现低压电动机的保护功能。同时将处理后的数据结果通过液晶显示模块直观的显示出来，便于查看。
