技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种监控系统,尤其涉及一种基于CAN总线的电机监控系统。
背景技术
随着工业技术的快速发展,电机得到了广泛的应用,特别是在工矿企业。但在工矿企业中生产设备比较多,特别是一些生产设备比较复杂、生产线比较长的企业,一旦设备出现了问题就会造成整个生产线的不畅。故此需要对电机进行监管,但是传统的电机控制系统并不适用于对实时性、可靠性和可扩展性要求比较高、传输距离远、传输速度快的要求较高的使用场合。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的提供一种可靠性高、扩展性强、传输距离远、传输速度快的基于CAN总线的电机监控系统。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种基于CAN总线的电机监控系统,包括上位机、CAN通信接口、CAN总线、单片机、显示器、PLC控制模块、信息采集模块,所述上位机、CAN通信接口、CAN总线、单片机依次相连,显示器、PLC控制模块、信息采集模块分别与单片机相连。
所述的单片机采用AT89C51芯片。
所述的显示器为LCD显示器。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型可靠性高、扩展性强、传输距离远、传输速度快。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种基于CAN总线的电机监控系统,包括上位机1、CAN通信接口2、CAN总线3、单片机4、显示器5、PLC控制模块6、信息采集模块7,所述上位机1、CAN通信接口2、CAN总线3、单片机4依次相连,显示器5、PLC控制模块6、信息采集模块7分别与单片机4相连,单片机4采用AT89C51芯片,显示器5为LCD显示器。
信息采集模块7将采集到的电机的电压、电流、工作温度信号传递给单片机4,单片机4将接收到的参数经过处理后,通过CAN总线3、CAN通信接口2发送给上位机1,上位机1据收集到的情况发出指令,指令通过CAN通信接口2、CAN总线3、单片机4发送给PLC控制模块6,PLC控制模块6根据收到的指令对电机进行控制,发出开关机、紧急停机的指令。
本实用新型设计的电机监控系统传送距离远、可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,并且具有良好的扩展性。

1.一种基于CAN总线的电机监控系统,包括上位机、CAN通信接口、CAN总线、单片机、显示器、PLC控制模块、信息采集模块,其特征在于:所述上位机、CAN通信接口、CAN总线、单片机依次相连,显示器、PLC控制模块、信息采集模块分别与单片机相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于CAN总线的电机监控系统,其特征在于:所述单片机采用AT89C51芯片。
